Et tu, Brute? wrote:I'm currently watching 10,000 BC (Awesome movie if you haven't seen it. Also awesome because my mothers boyfriends mother was an extra in it. She's 100% Maori as well, another awesome fact.) and I can't help but thinking a Prehistoric animal RP would be awesome. B|
One problem I could see happening would be everyone wanting to be a Saber-tooth. xD
You'd have to pick a certain time period, no doubt.
That would be so hard. D:

Hmm I would be possibly. Would it be required to read the books? I get the main concept, like isn't it a life or death game for kids?
Isolde set the horse off at a slow trot, staying just behind the cart. Of course it had been horrible to begin with, threatening innocent people, people who had chosen to stay behind in the village instead of run off into the forest with her lot. They werent the problem. She sullenly thought over what to do. The simplest thing being to hand over their prisoner and run off with the family, but Isolde just could not quite do that. She was no leader and she knew that perfectly well. They argued, all of them, herself included, like little children. No leader would even stand for that. She needed this soldier, if only to pick at his brain and figure what those darn soldiers and generals and captains and whatever else they had, could do better than herself. No, Aden's family had to be saved by their own brute force.
When next she cared to pay attention, they had returned to the base. The cart slowly skittering to a halt in the center, Aden looking just as dismal as ever. She tried smiling, though coming from her it could not be much of a comfort. "Well..." She sighed as she dismounted the horse, tugging it off in the direction of their make shift coral. "I suppose we should wait a bit, might make them worry. If they dont think we're to anxious to get them back they wont expect it. Which we are of course but they dont need to know that."
The mutilated wolf lay in the farthest corner of his cage, and that was not much considering the size. His mottled black and silver body looked all the darker in the shadows, the shadows that made him feel all the worse. The storm filled day had let no light in through the window, his window, leaving him with little energy to even move his head, let alone think about moving anything else. His joints, made of bone or metal, ached as if some one had sanded them down with sand paper to the very core and then had caused him to walk on them for days, the rest of him not feeling any better.
With a heavy sigh, he shifted his mechanical gaze out towards the other cages, wondering what might the rest of his imprisoned brethren might be doing. Even this did not go over as planned, vision flickering in and out, blurring even when he could see.
At the whine of other wolves, Vlad's interest was pricked. With the bit of energy he had left he situated himself so that he could see out of the cage with his good eye, his mechanical leg stiffening in the process. He whimpered, mentally cursing those blasted scientists for what they had done to him. Perhaps in a larger facility the improvements might work well, but not in this hovel of a lab.
Amala'a ears flew back at the Alabaster, well former now, mare's words. They were insulting to her to say the least. Did that mare just lose all her respect in the wind? What was her position to say all Alabaster herd members should die, was she not one herself at a period of time? Amala's temper flared as the ignorant mare continued to insult her herd, and as far as Amala was concerned, herself as well. Her muscles tensed as she glared at the black mare with icy cold and unforgiving eyes. "You may have something against Risi, but that gives you no right to insult the rest of us. As far as I'm concerned I have never even spoken to you before, but you think I'm some abomination. I think it'd be best to find your respect and manners again, lest you want to start something." Her words were harsh, but she felt the need to say something. Amala turned towards the neutral lands and added "I'm sorry Iaku and Song, is it? I must excuse myself. I'll be either in the neutral lands or the Alabaster territory if Seulo needs me. Iaku, can we discuss my son's training tomorrow? Seulo, you can choose to stay or come with me, whatever you wish." She picked up her pace into a canter and made off towards the Sicamour territory line, into the neutral lands. As Amala sped towards Alabaster, her mind nearly exploded with her anger, she had a feeling that mare would be trouble.
Seulo's head lowered as all these new horses gather around. There were just so many, and that new mare, of whom he recognized to be from his herd, was making rather rude comments in his opinion. He didn't understand what she was being so harsh and uncaring. Had she not just been an Alabaster mare just a few minutes ago? And now she's making these derogatory comments about her own herd. He just simply didn't understand. He started to feel self conscious again, as more and more horses started to gather. He started to feel pressure and he was most likely going to snap at any moment. His mother left, and he was about to race after her, but Seulo decided she needed some time to cool down. He hid behind Iaku, not wanting to get involved in this chaos. He looked up at the dark bay stallion and asked softly. "Why is she so upset Iaku? And why does she hate me?" He was nervous, the black mare scared him a little.
