i'm not shutting down this idea, but they're still going on a european tour over the winter months and they're planning an ab/ap tour... i think the article you're referring to was a spin from "the take over, the break's over," but you know. i could be wrong.

hm... I really don't see anything that says anything of them taking a break right now. If I'm correct, besides the european tour//ab/ap tours, they're working on a song for disney. I mean, don't forget that the media is usually flawed, and the fact that websites tend to lie and manipulate. It's probably true that they post some articles 'for the clicks' I mean, this isn't PewDiePie fanclub, but, for a quick moment, let's see how many rude articles are written about him. Yeah, a lot. I'm not saying he's a saint, but, he's got a huge fan base, so any attention a website could get, they would take it. If you rudely talk about said youtuber, you better bet that someone in the near radius is going to defend him, so look at how many would on the internet.

I'm not saying "lel don't believe anything" But, I personally don't think it's all true.

i believe they are taking a break after the ab/ap tour; not a long-term hiatus, most likely just a year or so off to spend with their families and working on new material. it's not gonna be The Hiatus pt.2, so it's not like they're splitting up like they did during 2009 - so no solo stuff or whatever.
it's definitely being blown out of proportion by bandom though; they aren't breaking up or going on another hiatus, they're just taking a little break from releasing stuff and touring to spend time with their families, work on new material, etc. nothing to worry about, they aren't pulling an mcr //shot

blurry face I'm inclined to side with you. Break and hiatus would mean two totally different things to me. What young musician with a family wouldn't want a break after all that touring?

i've taken some time to research this.

okay, so, yes, they are taking a break, but i can assure you they aren't splitting. Andy mentioned it in the recent Kerrang article that they were going to take a bit of a break. A lot of people have speculated that they are just going to take a short holiday/vacation, as it's nearing the winter seasons. I mean, if I were them I'd totally want some time to spend with my family, rather than stressing on new songs. They've all got kids(With the exception of Andy, I believe) So I totally understand.
