Short Story - Leaving the pack
Permafrost looked back to the pack that had raised him. Many of the wolves wouldn’t meet his eyes, so he turned away and instead faced the direction he was going to travel. Jagged peaks of mountains and swirling clouds were all he could see, but he knew to listen to his heart. Glancing back a second time, Permafrost raised his tail in a final goodbye. The wolf that had raised him looked at him with such sadness, Permafrost had no choice but to turn away. She isn’t related to me. Stop caring about everyone so much, he thought, reliving what he had learned a few days earlier.
The leader of the pack looked down at him. “What do you want to know?” He asked. “Why aren’t any of the other wolves like me? Why am I the only one like this, and why does everyone treat me differently?” Permafrost asked, not wanting what he thought to be true. “Well, the truth is… you aren’t from our pack. We found you lost in the snow, and took you in. It was either that or let you freeze, and no one would condemn another to death.” Permafrost barely heard the leader’s last words. ‘I don’t belong here!’ He thought. “Then I must leave! I need to find my true family!” Permafrost demanded. The leader accepted his request, and the pack began to help him plan for his trip.
That was a few days ago. Now, Permafrost took a step forward, a strange tug in his paws leading him. He grew more confident with every step he took, and he never looked back.

Sorry for the delay in judging! Since there were only 2 finished forms, there won't be an RU, but I would like to thank TambaCat for finishing. Your art was cute and your theme song made me want to follow Permafrost on his adventure xD

Name: Neva, spanish meaning for Ice. Also has many other meanings.

Personality: Neva is a sweet, shy, and naive girl. She can often be very cold hearted when needed, but is normally a Rainbow Paint Wolf bully-magnet for her differences, she can't really stick up for herself. And she believes everybody's lies, often getting her into a lot of trouble. Though Neva is normally not one to get into much trouble. She always attempts to stick up for herself, but it all ends in vain, usually. She never brags about her differences, because she knows not a lot of people like them, anyway, and she has learned to sort of ignore the bullies, no matter what. But she still has a few friends, who stick up for her and teach her how to be a strong person. She thanks them. She has sympathy for every living creature, being, and plant, and whenever picking, killing, or anything disrespectful by her standards will result in her saying "I'm sorry, but we needed you." she will feel guilty after that. She also loves howling, and singing so she gets bullied for her supposedly "bad howl." She is a bit of a crybaby, but all and all is a strong, civilized, and mature rainbow paint wolf.

Neva is a youngling in the pack, just a pup, the whole pack is her friend\aqquantince. She aims to just be an Omega, actually, she does not want to be too far ranking, due to stress, and she hates stress, and she loves and respects the alpha, and all ranks. Her favorite activities is playing in the snow, the first snow the pack gets every year is a precious memory in her heart. And she will talk about it for days afterwards, which often causes the pack to tell her to quit it.She likes catching snowflakes on her dragon-like tounge, and throwing snowballs at the others, winter is the only time she is immature.
Short Story: First Snow Of the year.
Neva sighed. She flicked her paint-tail, and watched the pack. She was too young to participate in this, of course. The time was coming, she could feel it, almost, she sniffed the cold air. While the others of the pack just did what they were doing, she saw it. A snowflake, it landed on her muzzle, she pawed at it, it melted. Light snow fell, She then swished her tail, making some snow herself, she smiled and yelled "Snow!" causing the other Rainbow Paint Wolves to turn, She raced around in various circles, shouting "Snow snow! The first snow!" she laughed in excitement. She ran around, the snow swirled around her. The others unhappily ended whatver they were doing. She rolled around wildly, she then burrowed into the snow, taking a nap, happily.
She awoke to noise, like running, opening one of her eyes with snake-like pupils she saw the others running around, longing to help, she then whispered "I wish I could do adult stuff." and swished her tail, leaping out of her snow cave, shakily walking on her sore and numb paws. She howled an enchanting howl, as though trying to prove herself. She shook her fluffy fur out, and flicked her tail. Neva sighed and watched the twinkling stars, and saw something magical. A very bright star shined, the light seemed to pour endlessly on the snow, causing it to gleam silver. She howled by starlight, making it more enchanting then before. She then watched the bright full moon, and the twinkling stars, slowly drifting of to sleep. She had a pretty good dream, about her being an adult, being the Omega, her dream rank, surprisingly.
She arose to see the sun gleaming on the snow, a small burning yellow fireball in the distance. The snow shimmered, pretty, but even so, she hated the heat that radiated off of it. She clumsily walked out of the cave she slept in. Her tail dripped paint, she painted on the cave shimmering ice blue, which was her paint. She heard the pack howling. She laughed, causing her to tail swish yet again, and snow fell on the ground from her paint, she laughed again. She then joined in herself, with a long, low howl. She pricked her ears, hearing noise, and following it, seeing a snowshoe hare, and laughing relizing she freaked out over nothing. Snow lightly fell, and Neva whispered "Until next year..."

You definitely had the most work put into your form, so congratulations you deserve it! I would advise you in the future, however, to not choose such a bright font color for your form, it makes it very hard to read and some judges may simply pass you over for that simple fact. It definitely impacted me negatively, but the work you put in compared to other forms made up for it. Congratulations again!
