I'm a bit curious! Why do we have new line art for Orb cats? And do we stop using the old ones now? Or are the old line arts still usable? I'm sorry, I'm just a bit curious! X3 And, I made litters weird and I've been working on a litter for a fandom and I'd make the amount of cats I needed, but do one part of each at a time so I could possibly get them done faster, but that never quite happened. Are those cats just void now that we have new lines?

@AngryLittleSliceopie We have new lines because I'm the new owner of orb cats for one, two I wanted more official, cat like lines and it volunteered to make the new official lines which ended up perfect.
The old lines can still be used and sent.in for.litters, but hopefully I can get them to stop being used almost entirely or close to it as I want orb cats to become a better quality species with a proper, official made line art (as well as the special ones other artists make)

And of you made cats on the old line art and want to send them in for a litter that's perfectly fine.

Aww darn, the special line art artists make are supposed to be special and not used by anyone else. But now I feel like there's no gonna be real tig/Quill/steam cats cus people r gonna use them if that's what you mean by special lines artists make. I thought it was gonna be one of a kind. I'm in a disagreement but you Are the owner...... I Just liked the idea of making your own lines so you can be creative and be proud of what you made, not someone else using your hard work. Original lines were meant for practice orb cats and if you couldn't make your own lines then you could use the oringinal lines. But I do like the new lines. This is going to get some time to get used to this.

@Littlemiss Correct me if im wrong, but I don't think Champ is saying artists can't make they're on lines for only they're use. The orginal lines/ the lines we have now are the base for the species. It was that way before. Most litters are going to based around those lines. I don't think we'd want an abundance of special lines. It would kinda take away from the special.

I know that we could use the old lines but champ plans on removing them. I know that the lines are amazing but it'll take me some time to get used to that. The thing is, I'm really afraid of people using other peoples lineart. Champ, please don't do that. It'll just ruin the fun of making lineart... I honestly thought all these people made the lineart and I was like : wow their amazing! Turns out its just the inside has been colored by them :c It was a huge letdown for me but the color choices are amazing, I can't disagree with that.

You can use the old OFFICIAL lineart, but make an attempt to use the NEW official lineart. The new lines, that I made (referred to as the new special ones by Champ), were made FOR orb cats as the official lineart with my consent.
