I would like to introduce my new girl!
This is Makira! She is based on my old fursona from forever ago--
She was designed for my by Ardra and I absolutely adore her!
The fire on her back is real and she does have some slight control over fire, including being able to create it at will from her paws, but it's not very strong. It's close to fox-fire, since she was originally based on a yokai ( specifically a nekomata, a twin-tailed cat yokai ). So it's more for show then it is for actually burning things down!
She tends to speak in a very professional and serious tone, which doesn't seem to suit someone that looks as young as she does. She tends to address everyone very professionally, including adding honorics to their names ( she is, natively speaking, Japanese since I will keep some of her original yokai lore about her ). She also tends to spout little proverbs or things of wisdom that make her seem like a wise old man more than well-- anything else. She prefers to hang around quiet places, like deep in a forest or by a shrine, and despite her powers being more akin to destruction she has good ties with nature. She prefers solitude, and doesn't really seem to address anyone with anything more then a very neutral and professional tone, so people can't really tell if she likes them or dislikes them.
