hi there !! havent posted in awhile but ive come with some exciting news
tank and camren recently had their first baby and i got to keep her with the name surati



much unlike her fathers- she is into gaming rather demon hunting or just sitting around,,
looking for roleplays for her !! here have a brief leetle personality thing i have via her yes:



Sur or SJ (beast pro as well), is quite rebellious and loud. She tries to break all the rules possible and can make the biggest of fusses over the most stupidest of things. She hates to be controlled and often doesn't let anyone (including adults) have an upperhand of her. She is a top dog and she will fight you to prove that she is indeed the one who should be controlling you. Her parents enjoy spoiling her and if someone to object against her ways she brings her dear fathers into the fight- daddies girl all the way to the end. While being like this, she is loud as mentioned. It's not just loud in a 'her voice is always raised' way, its also that she likes to boast and brag, show-off, basically just make sure she is in everyones lives somehow. She often scares people off with her 'loud' voice.. so shy people have been warned.

With everything else, as a cherry on the top, she has one huge attitude. She picks on others for not knowing about certain games or things and.. they are often playful jokes, nothing to be harmful or anything. She usually does this to get some kind of attention on her- as if her previous reputation wasn't enough. She fights against anything against girl gamers and absolutely hates when boys seem to pick on her for being a gamer- she mostly brings in the idea that 'gaming is a gender neutral thing and anyone could be a gamer'. Going back to square one is the fact her attitude really depends, it could be sassy and stuck up or passive-aggressive, or anything like the such.

so my (adult) makos are looking for potential mates ;v;
I don't really have the time (or muse) for semi-lit RPs, so if you just wanna like, do quick chat-style RPs or exchange headcanons/art every now and then, that would probably work best ;D;
I'm looking to keep the ships active; breeding is not required, but if you're up for it, I'd be willing to do so ;w;

Nandalia- A girl who's all bark and all bite. She's very rude and closed off to those she doesn't know, and is quick to violence. A pyromaniac at heart, she enjoys setting fires, and is banned from the local park for various reasons. Pretty scary, but can be sweet if she warms up to you.

Quintessa- A Disney freak who bursts into song at random, Quin is strange to a fault. She's very hyperactive, and loves cheering people up. But be warned; she is very sensitive, and quick to form grudges.

Sonoura- A transgendered female who loves flowers and stalking the hell out of whoever she finds attractive at the time. Somewhat messed up, she can be considered dark and morbid, but she has good intentions... Er, most of the time, at least.

Tsubasa- A narcoleptic with a love for literature, Tsubasa enjoys reading in her free time... If she can stay awake for it, that is. She's very fascinated with the world, and loves to explore when she's not asleep. A bit of a ditz, but she means well.

Mark- A gamer with a charitable heart, Mark loves everyone. He can't form grudges for his life (unless they're in a video game), and tries his best to be a good role model for those around him. Very sweet and somewhat silly, he's truly a kind soul.

Sean- An Irish gamer with a love for art. Sean enjoys playing any sort of video game, and has a keen eye for the lovely graphics in them. While he may seem arrogant at first, this is all just a facade; he's really a nice guy, I promise. He can form grudges, but this is very rare. The only Mako he doesn't seem to like would have to be Sonoura, considering she stalked him for quite some time when he first moved in with his friends.

I AM HERE TO OFFICIALLY INTRODUCE

BUDGE

Budge is a water-faring Makoatl, living as much in the water as he possibly can. Of course, being a marine life documentary filmmaker means using above-water electronics but he does all his filmmaking below the surface of the big blue off the coast of Iceland, with a waterproof camera strapped to his head.
Also his best friend is a little Red-Eyed-Puffer named Silver.
I am soooo wanting to find this guy a true love
He's a majorly-demi-sexual/romantic, so it may be hard to change his heartand he's also a Scorpio, so he'll need his space when he asks for it, just to be able to stay together. Someone who will be faithful, trusting, and not too clingy would make him want to sweep her off her feet don't worry, his alone time will be spent taping and editing his documentaries xD

Announcement
This doesn't really affect anyone, but people have been asking about customs, breedings, future adopts from me, etc. I might as well let you all know ;v;

I will be stepping down from Makoatl staff (or at least stepping aside with a long hiatus).

After I finish customs, I'll be stepping down as an official artist/mod. Cole was gracious enough to keep me as a ghost artist, however ;D; I'll sprinkle in occasional adopts when things get slow, but I just am really overwhelmed with the amount of stress at the moment to continue being as active as I began here. I will no longer be doing growths/nursery batches unless I specifically post that I am open for them. I love you all and I'll check in as much as I can on the fanclub ;v;

So basically: I'll contribute 1-2 adopts for Halloween, finish my owed customs/art, and take a step back.

Another Note For Everyone
If you ever need someone to talk to- be it venting or a friendly chat, I am here for you all ;v; Send a note on DA or CS. I've been approached by people who are too shy to be involved with Makos or are having a really rough time and I want to let you know that you are not alone. I'm going through a lot right now, and I know what it feels like.

I'm pretty friendly (at least I'd like to think I am) and I don't like it when others are sad or scared about something. Always here to lend an ear!

Second Announcement

I'm stepping aside on a haitus for awhile as well. I love makoatls, they're like my children and they are very important to me but lately every time someone brings it to my attention that something needs to be done I just really get irritable and stressed out no matter what it is. I can't hear makoatls and business without snapping now a days SO its best for everyone if I just take a little vacation to focus on myself, school and my new found hobby of breadimals.

For awhile I'll be aloof. I owe a few adopts and I'll work on them as I have time no worries!
I might post some adopts, dabble in little things here and there.

I would appreciate if you do NOT send me messages relating to makoatl things for awhile and send them to another staff member instead. If its for approval you can send a PM my way but it may not be answered immediately.
You of course may note me on DA as well.

Remember;
You don't have to ask for approval for gifting; Just post on the DA archive with ownership change
Anything related to the rules can be found in our Terms of Service and all our staff members can answer questions pertaining to that.
Most staff members can answer questions; the only things they cant do is approve MYO's

I got this custom awhile ago
I mean I made it and I'm sure a lot of you saw but I'm going to show her off anyway 8,)
This is Taryn Akira Aurelius [She can go by Ryn or Aki too though]

She's a demon hunter; kills them and brings the important stuff back for the bounty money.
She's not like 100% into her job but it keeps her house powered. Her adopted father got her into it at a young age. You'll all get to see him later 8) <3

His name is Caesar. He lives in that cardboard box when Taryn's not home. If she forgets to put him back he eats all the furniture so she has to buy more almost once a week. He'll also eat all the food in the house and destroy stuff. He's pretty huge. Despite his- quirks/problem areas; Taryn really loves him and he's much like a giant [huge] goofy dog. His tongue lulls out of his mouth quite frequently and he drools all over everything.

She takes him out on walks and to all non magical beings he appears like a normal large dog (thinking ??? Idk irish wolfhound?)
But you know, he's roudy and happy, but is quite scary and lethal if he has to be. Very good guard dog. he likes to try to climb into her bed at night but he usually winds up eating the pillows.
