Speaking to all the fellow store manga buyers out there


Has anyone noticed that the manga is becoming insanely high priced nowadays
I started collecting in 2007 and you couldn't find a manga over 10 dollars. ( a lot was 8 bucks)
Now it is a real find if you catch one under 11 bucks.

Really tho, I went to barnes and noble today and I found tokyo ghoul. FLipped to the pages and it was mostly pictures- for 12 bucks.
I want some content for that price mannnnnnnnnn

Yeah I could get them online but with the amount I buy it is still better to just go buy them at the store ( shipping and handling makes them about equal, I dont want to wait and hey if I get them at the store I at least bring to the community)

I know this struggle!
I went to my local Manga store to buy the volumes they had for Magi and they were roughly 10 bucks each!
I got a special though with my school id but that only brought each down to 8.
Maybe not the most expensive but if you think about how many volumes there are, you can spend a good 200 bucks for a whole series, if you're lucky

Am I the only one that really disliked Kill la Kill? I feel like I am ono I liked the 2nd half, and that's it. The 1st half felt like a bunch of pointless episodes but that might just be me x'D

Anyways, I'm soooo hyped for next season! I'm planning to watch:

Haikyuu!! S2 - omg hyped beyond belief for this omggggg ;u; I can see Nishinoya again gytytghnk
Noragami Aragoto - Yukineeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ;u;
One Punch Man - I've received so many recommendations to watch One Punch Man so I probably will haha
Hidan no Aria AA - The plot seems interesting, might watch. If it's not good then I'll probably drop it xD
Gakusen Toshi Asterisk - Looks pretty cool, same as with Hidan ^^
Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry - Not sure about this one but it looks good :p

Next season starts in just under 2 weeks hnghhhhh xDDD

yes. yES. YES. after seeing all the things that are coming out i know that i won't be going on searches for
anime to occupy my time. and i've been slowly dying waiting for the second season of haikyuu!!. i can't.

i hate that more than anything. i've started trying to buy them more online. the price is usually a lot
less depending on the website. i don't really mind the wait if i can get it for seven dollars instead of
twelve or so. but to be honest i've been reading them online more than i used to because i'm p cheap.
