All the times she nearly died doing some stupid 'job' for Cobrastrike...it was unreal all the things she did to keep his temper under control. She wanted to agree with Smoke so badly, he seemed to understand just how out of his mind Cobrastrike truly was. Seeing that Cobrastrike was giving some sort of stare, a rather odd look coming from him, she just gulped and nodded, faking her confidence again. "I wouldn't do this if I didn't care about them," she said sternly, "I have no reasons to fear them." Slowly, she stepped towards Cobrastrike, standing by his side, watching him still stare her down out of the corner of her eye. "If you don't care about them," she began, her voice suddenly monotone and uncaring, "why are you here, Smoke?"

smoke suddenly flinches, shaking his head with a small inward sigh. He had to keep up the act of being uncaring and calm, he can't let duskstar, cobrastrike, or even flame see how much he wants to protect her from them, they'd almost definitely see it as weakness,
"because I want to destroy cloudclan, and i unfortunately need these two to do it."
He catches duskstars eye, avoiding flames',
"although cobrastrike seems intent on getting someone to kill me..."

petalbreeze sighed, angry at herself for showing the clan what it was like when her opinion got the best of her. it wasn't pretty, to say the least. cindertail's defence made her feel safer when she was weak and under threat. maybe duskstar wasn't going to let her get away with attacking his 'friend'? that was something bubbling in her mind, too. "thank you, cindertail, it's nice to have such a loyal friend! w-wait-... -i-i've got it... -we should confront him, as a clan. he's been doing too many things that a leader of cloudclan shouldn't. we didn't have any say in his decisions over the last ten moons? -and that's not right, i-in my opinion..." she nervously mewed, trying her hardest not to sound ignorant.

Blackwing padded over to leaf foot and said
" We waited for you to check on petalbreeze's injuries, BreeKit has a wound to the tail. Can you check on him?"

the large tom nodded slowly, "yes. gingerkit's not smart. but will petalbreeze be dumb enough to eat them too? that's the real question."

tornheart | seventeen moons ; warrior ; tom ; duskstar, smoke
panting as hard as he possibly could, tornheart made his way towards duskstar and smoke. "i...i...finally found you two..." he said, struggling to speak normally. "we have a problem!"

gingerkit | two moons ; kit ; tom ; fogkit
the tiny, orange kit stepped out of the nursery while whiteflower slept peacefully. glancing around, he noticed fogkit and quickly made his way towards her. "hi, fogkit!" he squeaked, "what's up?"

Fogkit rised her head as she heard the familiar voice of Gingerkit " Hey Gingerkit" she meowed before taking another bite from her meal and chewing it up " Nothing much, just having a meal" she explained and pushed the dead mouse towards Gingerkit with her nuzzle " Do you want some?"

((The rogues (Flame, Cobrastrike and Smoke) along with Duskstar and Tornheart are out in the forest, plotting now arguing. Petalbreeze whose wounds are now tended to in the nursery by the medicine apprentice and Cindertail is suggesting the clan should stand against Duskstar.))

Crestheart
A shadow passed over Crestheart's gaze. He understood where Petalbreeze was coming from, her suggestion was logical and for him, favorable. He padded to the nursery and stopped at the entrance. For the first time, he could see the she-cat's wounds; his previous uncertainty of Duskstar twisted into sheer hatred. "I agree on that. We should confront Duskstar once he arrives." He growls.

the leader's eyes narrowed once again. "i have no time for this. tornheart, come with me back to camp. take the deathberries and hide them somewhere safe for now. i'm sure i'll have to deal with the clan when i go back. let these three mouse-brains kill each other." he rolled his eyes as he began to pad back to camp.

the kit grinned. "sure, i'm so hungry! thanks fogkit!" he said, gulping down a few small bites of the mouse. "hey, fogkit, wanna play? i'm bored! wanna explore or something?"

petalbreeze nodded with a smile. she didn't want to turn on duskstar but at the same time she did. he had no consideration for his clan. she was about to open her mouth to reply before she froze in pure fear. duskstar had arrived back in camp. she knew he was going to do something, but she didn't know what. was he going to exile her? -or kill her? his heavy footsteps make her heartbeat stop.

"keep your mouth shut about what happened out there or else," he growled quietly to tornheart before padding off into camp. he had just happened to look around and saw petalbreeze. unsure of what to do with her, he let out a quiet huff before turning his back the other way. he was more than sure the clan was angry with him so tried to prepare himself for the worst.
