Sunstreak lay on a flat rock in the middle of camp. There was nothing to do, really. Featherstar hadn't told her anything, and Willowclaw wasn't getting into trouble. She had already arranged night patrol and-- night patrol!

Sunstreak suddenly remembered that she needed to send out night patrol. She called to the cats she had chosen to go. "Burnedpaw!Calmsong! I need you to go on a border patrol together. I know I'd usually send a mentor and their apprentice, but I want to make sure everyone gets along together fine. Willowclaw will be working with Shallowpaw until you get back, if that's okay with you." The last part of what she said was directed at Calmsong.

Swiftheart nosed Cometkit's fur. "Where does it hurt? And why are you bored?"

[MollySue]

"My side hurts and there's nothing to do in here." Cometkit stated.

"Hmm.... Woulod you like me to go and fetch Nightkit? I'm sure she'd love to see you.

[MollySue]

Cometkit nodded eagerly.

Nightkit dabbed silently at a puddle.

Swiftheart stood up and padded out of the medicine cat den. "Nightkit!" She called. "Cometkit would like to see you!"

Nightkit jumped up and scampered across the camp, slipping into the med cat den.

When Nightkit arrived, Cometkit was attempting to sit up.

Hawkpaw ran back with some charmile
'this will taste better than the comfrey' and he gave it to her
