"Its fine..." he said simply, too tired to respond with much else. He yawned and set his head down, keeping half awake next to her. His tail twitched every so often and he felt kind of at rest, despite the day's events.

Letting out a piecing yowl, he charges at the bear. It stumbled back in suprise and turned to run. He hissed and chased it across the forest.

Fadingstorm rested her head on the ground. Her eyes were to tired to keep them open for anylonger. She fell back asleep, she seemed relaxed and peacefull now.

He sat down next to Ashern, his head still buzzing with questions. Who was he? What did he want?

Ashern, even as tired as he was, felt the presence of smokestar whom had just sat next to him. It was as if he could read his mind just by looking at his expression. He sighed softly. "What questions do you want to ask me...?" he said, one eye lid drooping lazily open as he looked at the curious tom.

She was slowly falling back to sleep. Her eyes closed. She felt relaxed and safe. Why did she like the presence of Ashern so much? He's my friend.. she reassured herself

"I'm a lone cat...what else must you know?" he said disinterestedly to the tom. "I'v been a lone cat practically my entire life...." saying now with both eyes opened. Ashern stared into the far off distance, a glazed over look in his eyes as memories flashed at him. A solemn look covered his face with a tang of bitterness, a slight frown pulling at his mouth. He rested his head on his paws, not looking at the tom anymore and fighting with himself to keep still.

The she-cat slowly opened her eyes after being asleep for awhile. She slowly got up, wincing as the pain in her shoulder stung her. She let out a soft sigh and groomed her pelt, looking outside the medicine cat den, I'm fine now..

He stayed in the medicine cat's den for a while, silently inspecting Ashern.
