{{ okay...my starter may be a wittle bit weally long...
rusty let out a long, tired yawn after sleeping on his two legs couch, possibly sun basking. his oldest child house-folk had bought him a blue and red collar, the blue being aquamarine after the birth stone of march and the red being a crimson after her favorite shade of red. the bell on rusty's collar dangled as he hopped off of the couch, padding into the kitchen, his mews followed by a "ding". stopping at a bowl of food, rusty sniffed it and started to eat the soft munch. he let out a purr of amusement as his house folk patted his head with gentle hands, then walked away saying "we'll be back, rusty!". he believe them, and they did come back from their morning run. the oldest child of his house folk came and picked him up, smiled as rusty purred louder. "I love you, rusty, no one can replace you." she had said before putting him down on the tile floor and sprinting out the door, her friends waiting outside. as always, rusty had slipped his way out the door and watched her leave, and watched her return. he jumped onto the post in his garden and watched as she drove off, maybe an hour or so until he had to worry.
about an hour after he sat down, the blue car returned, with his owner inside it. only this time, without her friends, but with a dog, and she exited the drives side, the dog's leash in her hand. rusty shot the dog a glance before she had ran over to him, giving him a quick hug, and then a kiss, before she ran inside to put the "mutt" in the back yard. she soon returned with her hair pulled back, a smile on her face. she picked rusty up with her gentle hands and brought him inside, where she went to her room and started pouring all her emotions out, about how happy she was. as usual, rusty purred at every word she said, rubbing his cheek up against hers until they got a phone call, about...her grandfather being in the hospital near by. she started sobbing, "why now? he isn't going to die, is he?!" she repeated a few times before hanging up and flopping onto her bed, her head in her pillow. rusty slowly padded up to her, laying down in the crook of her arm, letting out a warm purr. "thank you, rusty. please don't ever leave me." she had said, soon standing up and leaving rusty in her room, but he followed.
a few days went by since her grandfather had died, and she had become ill. she spent most of her time in a hospital, or in her room. rusty soon found out she was distressed, but each time he tried comforting her, she would turn away and rusty would, wonder off. rusty had began to wonder into the woods, only to return to sakria as her fever grew. one day, she had went to the hospital, and didn't come back. her parents were crying that day, kicking him out along with her dog. he found out she had died, and he wasn't wanted anymore. they took his tag off, but left his collar on his neck, and allowed someone to take him in.
his history of a kitty-pet isn't as good as it seems, he'd had found another home, that he didn't like. his attitude had changed more from the start. he had started staying all day in the forest, and his collar had soon fallen off, and he put it in a hollow tree he would come back to, just to remind him of his previous owner. “I will miss you, sakaria.”
