Why do I get the urge to open a bottle of wine when i stare at this pup O.o?

Can't say I'm all that enthused by these babies, but you never know how they'll turn out.

Yeah, I wasn't all too impressed with them either, but once I started looking back over the archives, there are some boring looking baby rats that turned into some pretty awesome adults. I'm hoping this is one of them. ^^

If you look real close, it looks like glitter I'm excited to see how they turn out...

Mm...waffles xD Personally, they remind me of cookies or something like that, because of the icing on them ^-^ Or at least it looks like icing to me... =)

Dogs

<Bouquetblu Wine Dogs>
First Impression:
I think that Bouquetblu did these dogs beautifully. All of her pets look very pristine and smoothly done, the true makings of a good artist. I like how they have the bit of shine on them, like champagne slightly. The blanket looks like it could be a green bottle for them, and I think that the "vines" give it a very good "wine" look. Such as, since it is the new year, they are a "toast" to 2011. I am very excited for these dogs.


<Ricorn Pirate Dogs>
First Impression:
I thought these dogs looked slighty "Tiger"-ish. With their stripes, until I saw the hints on the January Growths board. I thought it over, and they also could work as pirate dogs. I'm not sure what to make of these dogs, and am slightly excited to see how they turn out. I'll have to see what I think of them, once they grow, of course. Not sure about them yet, but I believe these dogs have a bit of promise in them.


<Ricorn Dessert Picnic Dogs>
First Impression:
These dogs made me think of desserts first, with their delicious-looking fur and "cream" mane on the top of their head. They made me hungry, which is a good sign that these dogs are very well done. I like how the shading looks on these dogs, even though the base color itself could have a little more variation, in my opinion. The "Picnic" part came in, with their blanket. Personally, I think it looks like a picnic blanket. I really like how these were done too, and come in a close second to this month's favorite dogs- Bouquetblu's dogs came in first for me. I have high expectations for these dogs, and I know that we'll probably all be satisfied.

First Impression:
The coloring on these pets is crazy, erratic, and clashing. I love it! I know these pets will turn out quite good, at least I think so. Pink and Green are opposites, but the way DisabledLlama colored tehse pets, they go together perfectly. The colors flow smoothly on these pets, in swirls and geometric designs. I like how these were done, and each of the babies looks very different from the one before. I'm hoping these pets will look very cool, as I am waiting very impatiently for them to grow. Kudos on a good job, DisabledLlama!
