Jinx's brows furrowed. "Marco attacked her randomly.." she hissed.

Jinx's ears flattened her ears. "Xyli said she was racing with him back to the camp and he just suddenly attacked."

Xyli scowled at Otis, "I dont understand either, but we can always ask the mangy flea-bag later...do you have any herbs for me?" her back stung, and even though she wanted to be tough, she also wanted it to top hurting.

"yea...your right." Xyli sighed. She sat down, and started to lick her wound. She decided to stop acting like a baby, and man up. how could she ever go into a real fight, when she couldn't even take care of ONE wound?? "Im going down to the watering hole to wash the blood off, then...i dont want infection." she looked around, "do you want to come with me, anyone?"

Jinx nodded "I'll go with you, I dont want you getting killed." (brb, I have to make lunchins.)

"alright then!" Xyli flicked her tail for the others to come with her, and head off towards the water. she made sure to avoid the spot where Marco had betrayed her. when she got to the watering hole, she dunked herself into the cool water, and swished around so that all the blood would wash away from her silver-gold pelt.

as she was swimming in the water, Xyli caught sight of Cleo on the other side. her hackles raised, but he was no threat to them now, really, so she ignored him and kept swimming.

Jinx sat at the edge of the water, she dipped one of her paws in, not wanting to join her wounded friend in the water. Marco seemed so kind... she thought to herself, confusion in her twinkling eyes. Jinx looked at Xyli, I wonder what caused him to do such a thing.

Xyli saw Jinx at the edge of the water, looking sad. she didnt want her friends to feel so sad for her, the wounds hurt, but they werent fatal! she called out, "Jinx, i thought you loved swimming!? arent you coming in?"

Xyli walked stiffly over towards Otis, her cuts agitated when she walked. she flicked her tail out of curiosity, and asked, "Otis, what are you thinking?" Xyli was nervous, and she wanted someones opinion she could trust.
