Fiero is a computer geek and a nerd - he can use computers easier than most humans can. He has memorized ridiculously long lines of code, and can find a source code to any program and easily change it. Should he want to, he could plant bugs in software - but he finds more joy in solving problems than causing them, so he doesn't do this at all. He almost seems robotic himself, what with his expressionless personality and strict, logical manner of doing things. He doesn't smile much, and doesn't like to have fun. He is the polar opposite of lenient, and refuses to put up with others who are giggly when they need not be. His companion tries his best to help him see the error of his ways, and Akhenaten has succeeded a few times in helping Fiero out in this regard, but it's a progression thing, something that takes a while to fully complete. Akhenaten won't lose hope, though - he believes that if he tries hard enough, Fiero will be a little more filled with expression and not such a blank slate most of the time.
