"Looks like we have both lost cats we love...." I murmured, my heart aching for my sister. Trying to look cheery, i looked around and plastered a fake smile on my face. I knew my clanmates would see right through the mask, but they knew better then to question me about it. "Moving on, here's the camp!" I mewed.

Letting out a hiss of surprise, i jumped. Taking a deep breath, i nodded. "I think you to should go hunting....in fact, i think this entire clan should go hunting....half these cats never get on their feet most of the time." I rasped, taking another bite of the bird.

He nodded and turned. "thank you Fallenhope." He wondered far into the forest keeping his mouth pen smelling for any scents. He crouched down as he heard the sound of a tiny mouse. He remembered what hi old mentor had taught him. Mice feel the ground so you have to be extra careful with your footing. He crept up quietly behind the mouse. When he was within a tail's length he pounced. the moue started running but he was quicker. He quickly ended the mouse's live and held it in his mouth. even though he was hungry he the clan rules stated he had to feed the clan member first. He held the moue in his mouth and started trotting back to camp.

I knew she was really faking a smilie. I knew how she felt. Losing my only brother. I wish he were still here. I think I would have gone crazy looking for Amberclan without Amberstar with the river dried. "Here we are." Amberstar said. I looked at the territory. "Woah..." this place was so beautiful. I could see all the cats. For some reason one cat stood out from the others, he was a black tom, I could have sworn he looked my way with his sharp gold eyes, but after a second look he was not there, in fact I didn't see him in the territory at all, unless he went in a den. mother this place is beautiful, you should be here with me to see this, please come to me soon. I made it to Amberclan.

She padded out of camp in a hurry. She hadn't eaten yet today
but was more focused on feeding the clan. Hunting was never the easiest
thing for her to do, but she knew she had to. I wish it were as simple
as everyone makes it seem. She was still happy to leave camp,
she just wished it were a patrol and not a to hunt. She did quite enjoy
the peace of being alone. After awhile of talking to herself she picked
up a scent. Stale fox... But wait! I smell a vole. She crouched down spotting
the helpless creature Even I could this.... She pounced and quickly
killed the vole with a quick swipe of her paw. It's not much, but at least it's something...

I prick my tabby ears as I hear the farmiliar meow of Amberstar. With a swish of my tail, I'm up in an instant, trotting to the entrance of camp to meet my leader. My pelt prickles as I taste unfamiliar scent. I meet Amberstar, eyeing the cat to her side suspiciously. "Welcome back Amberstar." Turning to the Molly to her side, I attempt to keep my fur flat. "Who is this?"

"I'm Ice Crystal, I came looking for Amberclan. that's what my mom told me to do the last time I saw her." I said felling a little uncomfortable. "Amberstar," I turned to Amberstar " who is this?' I whispered so that only she could hear me. "This is Mossleap one of my warriors" I heard Amberstar say. "Nice to meet you, Mossleap." I mewed trying to be polite. I knew that she could tell I was a little scared so I looked at the ground to calm myself a little. I thought I heard the two of them talking but I was not sure if they were. Then I heard a name that was familiar with but it must have ben in my imagination. mother my first encounter with a warrior of Amberclan, I hope you can meet her soon... where ever you are. I started to get exited.

"As the she cat said, her name is Icecrystal, and she will be staying with us for a while. She was sent by her mother to find us, and wishes to stay with us until her mother comes to find her..." I meowed, staring at the cat i trusted most. "And while she is here...." I took a deep breath, looking over my decision a final time before speaking again. "I will be making you my deputy."

I take a step back in suprise at Amberstar's words. "M-me?!" Thoughts spin through my head as I struggle to reply to my leader. I was expecting Ravenclaw! He more experienced than I. No one will accept me. I'm not good enough. I straighten my posture slightly, wanting to show the newcomer the strength of our clan. I hold my tounge. I consider replying to Amberstar. I quickly decide otherwise, scared my jumbled thoughts will lead to even more jumbled speech.

wow I thought. this was an honor to witness. "Congratulations Mossleap, " I said bowing a little to be polite. "Even though we just met, I think you are perfect to be the deputy for Amberclan. You must be speechless. I mean I surely would. I would be all like 'what is going on right now!' and..." I stopped because I realized I was getting too carried away. I cleared my throat. "Congratulations Mossleap." I said half ashamed in myself even though I was still exited.
