Choices:
1: Let Charlie talk
2: Somewhere to go
3: Somewhere to go
4: Somewhere to go
5: Somewhere to go
6: Somewhere to go
7: Somewhere to go
Roll says... 7: Somewhere to go.
"I already have somewhere I'm going," you say. "I don't intend to stick around."
"You want him out quicker?" Charlie says, tail curling. "You help me teach him some manners."
"I already have-" you start.
"He's got to learn how to get around town without causing a fight," Charlie says. "And you two are the perfect pair for this. Stormy, how about you first?"
Mist scowls, but the other one - a darker grey tom with a pleasant face - nods, saying quietly to his companion, "Food isn't out for another ten minutes, anyway."
Charlie motions for you. As you jump down and step forward, she says, "You never know what kind of cat you're going to meet. Part of your training is to make a quick, accurate judgement of the stranger you just bumped into and avoid a fight when possible. You're too young to get into tussles like I do. I want you to walk up to Storm here, and pretend that there's one bowl of food for you to eat from. How are you gunna get him to leave it alone?"
(OOC: When meeting a stranger, responses will be listed in a specific order: Aggressive, Assertive, Neutral, Submissive. These types correspond to your Stat meters. Aggressive will boost your Willpower, Assertive will boost your Leadership, Neutral your Reputation, and Submissive your Charisma. Consider this like an RPG – a description, or assessment, of a cat will be given, and depending on the type of cat you meet, one response will be better than the other. If you're ever confused on which one is which, remember that the order will always be the same.)
You walk right up to him, feeling a little foolish with his friend glaring you down, but he simply waits politely. You quickly look him over - two scars, calm eyes, ears up, tail high - and consider your choice of words.
Threaten him.
Tell him this is your food.
Offer to share.
Promise food for him later.
