I can't wait to write it either. Rn I'm reading a book on how to write a novel and I have soooo many new ideas you guys have no idea just how insane this series is going to be.

Korom? Her skin is darker because she is African American. Yup, no crazy symbolism or anything there. I just wanted some divergence in the race of my characters

A book on how to write books? Is the title: "How to write a book"?
The beast master to me is just a guy covered in feathers. He has no face or shape. Just... lots and lots of Zver feathers.
Ah, so the darker grey is just darker skin. I get it now.
I don't know why but whenever I write the characters in my head are ALWAYS Caucasian. I do try but I just can't imagine anyone with darker skin and give them life. I end up just changing where they come from when I write it down though, sometimes my brain doesn't agree, but hey- Who listens to that thing?

Actually it's called "A Writers Journey." It is actually really amazing, it can simplify any book into a couple of stages.
I would describe what I'm leaning towards for him, but that would ruin the surprise.
Ugh, I know the feels, but I want to be able to write about different races, Like Rick Riordan does. it's hard and Korom was actually my first non Caucasian character.
