I was born canadian, fluent in TALKING chinese, but not writing /reading (I can read it with the little letter thingys above it though)chinese
I am totally confused at what you guys are saying >,<

The 'hi' part is correct, but the 'friend' part isn't. It's because the character you wrote sounds the same as the friend. 朋友 is the actual way. The second character is also left or right(can never remember DX).

in response to the above, I would say:

你好朋友们

the addition of 们 indicates more than one person (at least based on my knowledge), since you aren't just talking to one 朋友. if you were talking to a close friend, I'd take out the 朋友, since you already know you're relationship with eachother

and by the left/right, I assume you meant "右". 又，友，and 右 are homonyms
又 = again ---> 又来了？他好烦啊！
友 = friend/friendly ---> 你很友好，可是我们不能做朋友
右 = left ---> 右边是十字路口
