Ravenclaw: he got up onto his night black paws and made hisway towards the elders den. He made sure not to tread on any of the branches hiding the den. He tapped gently on the walls. "Hello? Sunray? Fallenhope? May I come in?" He called in the large empty space. His voice echoed on the walls of the den.

She scented the air gently.
"Is anyone in there?" she meowed curiously, wondering
where else they would be.
Her long tail caught slightly on a branch
outside the den and quickly unstuck herself.

She can be a little impulsive, and will sometimes jump to conclusions, but at the same time is very carful not to hurt her clan mates feelings. She is a patient she-cat, and it takes a lot to make her angry.

"I'm planning on sending out a patrol with Mossleap as the leader to scout out the mother hawk's location. I highly doubt there is a father, as otherwise the mother wouldnt leave the nest until the chicks were old enough to fend for themselves....you can be part of the patrol..." I muttered, my attention focused soely on the baby hawks. It would be easiest to simply kill off the chicks, but then there would still be the issue of the adult, and in grief she would simply fly into a rage and attack us and our kits... I let out a low snarl, glaring at the tiny bundles of feathers that had so suddenly put the lives of our youngest members in danger. Sending one last hiss the chicks way, i turned away from them and set off twoard's camp, searching for Sunnygaze once again. Though the two apprentinces with her were nearly to large to act as prey for the hawk, they were still young enough, and Batpaw especially was in danger. I needed to inform both young cats and Sunnygaze of the threat...to ensure their saftey. Hawks were more dangerous then they seemed. I know that from personal experience.... I sighed, and continued on.

It isn't the late morning sun that awakens me, or the soft chattering of the warriors just across the camp. It's my stomach, growling at me to get up and eat. Heaving a long, tired sigh-not the sleep kind, but the kind where im just tired of getting up every day, tired of dealing with the consistent pain in my legs and camp drama- i stretched out in my nest, blue eyes still screwed shut. Putting off fully embracing the day for a moment, i tried to let the soft murmurs of cats and the light breathing of Sunray beside me lull me back to sleep. But it was not to be, my stomach told me, as it yowled in hunger once more. My stormy blue eyes shot open in annoyance, and i let out a low hiss, heaving myself up onto my already aching paws. "If only cats didn't need prey and water to survive..." I grumbled under my breath as i tottered out of the elder's den and into the sunlight. From the dark confines of the den, the sun had seemed like a simple soft glow, but out here it nearly blinded me, and i quickly found myself with another thing to complain about. Blinking my eyes rapidly so they would adjust to the light of day, i padded over to the freshkill pile and glared down at it. It was getting small...again. There was never enough, in my eyes. I remember, back when Amberstar first welcomed me into the clan, this pile was always stocked with thrushes, rabbits, blackbirds, and fish....oh the fish. Amberstar was out hunting constantly, to make sure that we would always have more then enough....but now the river is dried up, and the fish are gone. The rabbits have moved to the lake, a few miles away, where they can live with a plentiful source of water...and we are left with mice and black birds and thrushes....small creatures they are. Takes a whole lot to keep us full, and their meager bodies arent doing much to help. Heaving another sigh, i grabbed a bird off the pile and sat, already digging into the meat.

I remember my mother told me to go to Amberclan when I was younger. She said I would be safe there. I remember she said that she would come to see me soon, she never did. I woke up in my temporary den while I looked for amberclan. my mother said it would be on the other side of the river. "where is that river... I cant find it." I looked around the area, and I saw something. It looked like a cat. I ran too the nearest bush and slowly moved closer. I felt the wind change directions. im in for it now I thought. She looked my way. I tried to run to my den in the wood, but I could hear something after me. I could tell it was not a cat. I did not dare to turn around. I got to my den and saw that it was a hawk that was after me. I hissed at the top of my lungs. The hawk screeched and flew away fast. "Are you ok?" an orange cat said. "Yah... I'm ok, hay do you know where Amberclan is." I asked.

Ravenclaw: He noticed Fallenhope leave the elders den. He caught up with her and twished his tail. He bowed slightly and licked her. "Good morning Fallenhope" He looked down at the food pile. "have we got enough food to go around? Or shall me and Stormclaw go and fetch some food?"

She purred happily swaying her tail happily.
"The clan could use it, I'm sure."

Letting out a gasp as i saw a she-cat race past, the mother hawk chasing her I leapt into action. I bounded after the white cat as though my clanmates lives depended on it. And in a way, they did. It seemed as though we had been running for hours by the time the mystery cat sprinted into a ragged-looking den and began hissing at the hawk. But i knew it had only been a matter of minutes. Despite the cat's efforts, the hawk swooped in lower. Throwing all caution to the wind, i threw myself at the hawk, claws out, snarling. The mother hawk let out a shriek of surprise and flew off to supposed safety back at her nest. "That's right, fly away you coward!" I yowled after the bird as she slowly faded out of sight. Once i was sure that the hawk was gone, i turned to the white she-cat. "Are you ok?" I mewed, genuinely concerned for the moll. Hawk's were very dangerous. "Yah, im ok. Do you know where Amberclan is?" The cat asked. I raised one eyebrow in question and nodded. "Yes...i know Amberclan. In fact, i am Amberstar, their leader".


Letting out a hiss of surprise, i jumped. Taking a deep breath, i nodded. "I think you to should go hunting....in fact, i think this entire clan should go hunting....half these cats never get on their feet most of the time." I rasped, taking another bite of the bird.

had left and was replaced with excitement. She
