One of those "click to grow" things, click a few, if you can. At least the eggs, that way I can get more, since there is a 4-egg limit.

Day 5 (Late Morning)/Guzore the Goron/20/Where: East Faron Woods/With:Everyone

Guzore looked at the Floroot. It did look pretty small, and it didn't even seem to be aggressive towards outsiders yet. He put his sword back in its sheath. They could probably just leave the Floroot where it-
Hey, I think one of them escaped to the other side of those bushes!
Then go capture it! We can't go back to the boss short-handed!
Oh man, hunters. Floroots were common targets for hunting because of the special flowers on their heads and the versatility of their inner roots. Guzore looked back at the Floroot. It was still learning how to spin, and even Jack seemed to like it. Guzore couldn't disappoint his friends, but he wasn't sure if he could do anything about it either. The footsteps of the hunters on the other side of the bushes got closer.
Zeph, we have to save this Floroot! Quick, turn it invisible or something! Guzore suddenly remembered the last time Zeph casted a spell and immediately regretted what he said.

Oh! Uh...?
invisibility, hmm.
He'd done it on objects before, why not...er.... Spinning plants?
Zeph flipped through a leather bound grimoire, and stopped at a page that seemed to be filled with edge to edge with symbols.
Were the words on the page...vibrating?
Zeph crouched down a few feet from the curious ( and oddly adorable ) looking Floroot, setting the Grimoire on the ground in front of himself.
Zeph was cautious not to get too close.
He began copying symbols from the page- enscribing them on the air.
The lines he drew looked like suspended, tinted, light.
As he drew, the tip of the stele pulsated with different shades of rainbow light- like a prism.
He drew 6 different runes inside a small square, with a small, threadlike, line connecting the prompt to the floroot.
He quickly sprinted over to several variant plants, and drew, a circular rune with a dote inside, on the plants
Zeph tried scribbling the runes as quickly as possible.
Suffice to say, they turned out very hastily drawn.
As he was writing smaller runes along the bottom of the prompt, he heard the hunters near.
After a few seconds Zeph twirled the stele in his fingers, then tapped the prompt with the end Of the stele.
He wrote so quickly, the stele began to feel warm.

He read, while pointing at specific runes inside his grimoire
He spoke concisely, as a square edge of runes began to draw themselves around the Floroot.
Once the square was formed, a loud hum could be heard from within the square.
The entire square area, from the outside, faded to blue- as if the air was replaced with blue stained glass.
At least, that's what it reminded Zeph of.
The color pigmentation began to fade- going hue to hue.
It went from blue, red, purple, green, yellow, orange- all sorts of colors.
Very quickly.
Within seconds, it'd seemed as if all the colors had merged, making the entire area appear white.
A pure white void.
Then, the air seemed to distort- bending and twisting randomly.
The white faded away, and it seemed as if the whole area had vanished.
The Floroot was gone- no, invisible. It seemed the grass around it had become transparent too... Just a square patch of dirt remained.
If Zeph concentrated, he could faintly hear the Floroot.
Zeph sighed, with relief.

YES! YES! I did it!!

Ferondir relaxed.
"Well done. Now let's go, before those hunters see us."
As he spoke, the hunters crashed through the bushes.
"Hello, I'm Ferondir." He said. He'd rather avoid conflict. But, hunters have small brains with only room for hostility. Well, technically, their brains were about the same size as anyone else's, said a voice in his head.
Oh, shut up, you. he replied.
Realising the hunters were scowling at him, he raised his staff slightly. "Just leave."
Of course not.
That never works.
He brought his staff up, and with a loud crack, the first of the four hunters dropped, unconscious.

Day 5 (Late Morning)/Guzore the Goron/20/Where: East Faron Woods/With:Everyone

The other 3 hunters saw the first drop unconscious and panicked.
WHOA!! What in Din's name just happened?
Dang, son! Where'd you find this?
It's dark magic! We gotta book it!
With that, two hunters picked the unconscious one up and ran away with the third one. Guzore scratched the side of his head.
Well, that escalated quickly.
The group awkwardly continued on with their journey, knowing the Floroot would be safe from those hunters for sure now. After awhile, they reached Lake Floria. The lake had enormous coral reefs peeking over the surface of the water and several oak trees surrounding the cliff side overlooking it. There were three waterfalls pouring into the lake and the path changed from a disheveled clearance of bushes to a gravel and dirt trail. Guzore picked up a rock and took a bite out of it.
Anyone else up for a snack? There's a plum tree over there and a blackberry bush right here. Guzore gestured to the blackberry bush and several blackberries on it began vanishing. Guzore assumed the source of their disappearance might be Zeph's weird magic until a recognizable spinning sound was heard.
Floroot?
The spinning sound slowed down and the invisible Floroot fell over into a mound of dusty dirt, which coated some of it's invisible surface.
What do ya know? I had no idea it followed us all the way here? Anyway, we're at Lake Floria now like I promised.. Do you all want to continue on and stop by Arbor Harbor for lunch or stay here?

I'm up for staying here. I have some things I need to do. Zeph said, absentmindedly.
He prodded the invisible square with his finger- causing the tip of his finger to vanish, with a slight whirring noise.
He poked the square with the stele, causing the Prompt to appear again.
He flicked the stele into the runes, causing them to dissipate into a cloud of smoke.
Within seconds, the runes on the border of the square faded back into view.
With them, the area inside the square began to phase between colors again- shifting the air from blue, to green, to yellow, to purple. Once again, the area began to distort- and bend. After a moment it flashed into a blinding white light.
Once the white faded away- there was the Floroot, spinning...happily?
Heh. Hey little guy. Zeph said, patting the little Floroot.
Once Zeph admired the little Floroot for a few moments he stood up, and began drawing runes on plants again.

"It followed us?" Ferondir chuckled. "It's a smart little thing, isn't it?" He crouched down and stroked it. "I've never seen these plants up close, you know."
He saw this petite happily twirling bloom, and somehow felt that it knew it would be safe with them.
Another precious life for him to keep out of trouble.

Jakub was perched up on the shoulder of Rex, taking a nap after the events of the the trip had happened. When he awoke from a particularly bad dream, or was it a memory? He noticed that the group had made it to Lake Flora. Jakub yawned and hooked his arm around Rex, swinging the the ground below. Jakub realizing he was actually quite hungry began to think about what would be a nice pick me up for the group. Suddenly an idea struck his head. He leaned over and spoke to Rex. With a smile and a loud clap Rex blundered towards the lake. Jakub smirked and looked around at the area searching for some edible herbs and plants. After finding some nice smelling herbs and spices, at well as some roots that would make a fine potato supplement. Jakub smirked at the clearing the group deserved a bit of fun by now, he thought. With a wave of his hand and a few mumbled words the area in front of him shimmered and a bright light grew until the area was flooded with blinding light. The light diminished and the area had changed there was now a table and some chairs, a nice fire, and behind there was a group of clay golems playing various instruments. There was something odd about the fire it seemed to change temperature according to the personal preference of each individual. The music was upbeat and uplifting, Jakub smiled and began setting up a cooking area next to the fire. He looked over to the lake and saw Rex walking back with a handful of quite large fish. Jakub got to work cleaning them in the water near the waterfall and prepared the fish with the herbs and spices he found along with some basic ingredients he brought along in his bag, When he was done he lay the various fish and root dishes on the table and ran around to relay that lunch was served.

Hey I cooked us up some Lunch and its nice and hot over there (he motioned to the table) i figured you guys would be hungry after that walk so... ya.

As soon as he noticed the food Drimaethor grabbed a plate and started gobbling down the food. He was so hungry after that walk that anything sounded good.
"I'm good with either option we need my amulet to get in anyway so..." He trailed off.

"Um guys do you think the guards are just gonna let someone looking like this" he paused and gestured to his clothes "into Castle Town?" By no means was Drimaethors outfit fitting for the amulet. If the guards saw him like this with the amulet they'd think he was a thief.

Ferondir grinned. "Thank you, Captain."
He chose a plate and took a little of everything.
"This looks wonderful." He sat up against a tree and took careful bites of his food.
The fire was a small one, and Ferondir wondered how Jakub had managed to cook so quickly on such a perfectly unassuming flame. It couldn't possibly be hot enough.
It had to be a spell. The blinding light was proof enough of that. He had no idea why Magicians wasted so much energy on such theatrics. He preferred the path of the wizard. Quieter. more efficient. Much less conspicuous.
In response to Drimaethor, he said. "Quite right, you'll need noblemen's clothing to pass as a soldier's son. We could get some at the harbor. You didn't steal that, right?"
