Curo grunted at his sister's offering before eating part of it, and cleaning his muzzle of the kill.

Kira watched him eat and start to wash himself before she ate the rest. She swiped her tongue along her muzzle with satisfaction.

Silvermask dropped his plump squirrel at Orchid's paws. He gave her a warm smile, his eyes glowing. "I can't sleep."

Orchid purred, chuckling. "Why would you want to? It's dawn. Come meet some of the cats I found," she mewed, getting to her paws and beckoning him with her tail as she padded towards the other cats.

"Lets sleep outside tonight" Curo mewed determined, then when he got his answer he padded deeper into the forest to look for a good place to sleep.

Kira reluctantly mewed, "Okay, but somewhere, where if it rains we'll be dry." She padded behind him on their search for a dry place to sleep. Every once and a while she would catch the scent of cats nearby, so she would press her pelt closer to Curo's

Lily

Lily knew she had found her den, but where she had found it she didn't know so she explored. The forest around was full of life. Lily made sure she always knew where her den was, where she came from, and where she was going. Lily knew she should have come to the forest earlier. Seeing the perfect tree Lily scrambler up the trunk and onto a high branch that could support her. If felt so good to sit there. The falling sun told Lily it was going to be dark soon.She leapt down the tree much more gracefully than she had before. She would sleep early tonight and wake up early to learn to hunt. Lily settled down in her new home and let darkness take over her thoughts.

Maple could hear the mumble of a voice across the river and was mad she could not understand. "Hey! Who are you, and just what are you doing here?!"

"Yes it's Storm Sky." He went toward the voice and saw Oak. "Greetings, how is the prey running?" The sky saw getting darker, perhaps it would have been better to stay in his den and rest.
