like oh my gad I HATE mary sues they are so freaking annoying I see some in roles on here and it ticks me off.

Mary sues are girl characters that are absolutely perfect In every way- unique eye color? Check! She has a stunning blue eye and a gorgeous -other color here- eye! Hair color? Perfect! Long and silky and an unusual color! Body? OOoh! Big boobs, skinny, big booty! Complete that with Neko ears and a tail! She has this DRAMATIC backstory! Oh, she was SO bullied in school and at home and in the store and everyone HATES her except -insert all these main canon (actual characters in the story/movie/game) characters who ALL LOVE HER- omg she cut herself and everyone STILL bullied her and the love of her life the ONLY PERSON who understood her is -cannon character-!!

Don't forget she's 10% vampire 2% werewolf 30% elf 10% human and 6046894%cat!!! oh and that she has this awesome power where blahlalglsgkdlfkfksfklkldfskffdfkj blalglslg lalflsg lglsllafjgshdjfjjfjsdfjkjdsjfjskfjsj igrhreuieh!!!!!!

omg i agree so so very much with this
dont forget the gary sues, the male ones
i will freely admit i used to have many such characters, especially ponies omg sugar belle wth was i thinking with you but i've been working hard to move away from that
while my characters do often have stand out-ish backstories, i try to keep them believable and actually have them make sense and have (a) motive(s)/(a) reason(s) for/behind everything everything
and that those reasons/motives are actually justified
