apologies for taking a little longer then expected to judge this (my week ended up being a lil' more busier then expected)

Name: Nobilis meaning Noble in latin, his nicknames are Nob, Nobi, and Bil.

The Betrothal.
Nobilis sighed to himself staring in the mirror as he removed excessive layers of clothes until he was just wearing Pants and a T-shirt. Today his mother told him he was going to meet his new 'fiance' Rei-San. The princess of the kingdom next door. "Meet." he muttered. "I don't think covering myself and having her completely covered is a way to meet someone....what if she doesn't even like me?" he sighed sadly and went to bed..."Mother wants me to pick a ring, but how can you pick a ring for someone you don't know?" Nobilis decided to lay down and sleep for now. In the morning, he would be meeting his fiance.

"Mementote. That's the key word we use when we talk about traditions in our kingdom. Remember- remember that traditions make who we are. Remember, Nobil, it is tradition that our names come from latin meaning what we want our children to be. Remember, You mustn't leave home without your over-clothes. You are 18, Nobil, you must be married soon. We honor our traditions and make sure others are aware of them."
Nobilis sighed and looked over. "what about the tradition where people treat women badly? Mother...."
His mother didn't answer and sighed.
"If I may Mother, if I have to get married. I will be the one to break tradition."
