I think this pup is actually DoctorDraca's.
The only hint we have is "A lot of my pets have something in common. This one is no different."

Draca has some robotic pets like these butterfly wolves (esp the top one, and look at the base of the tail on the second to last one, it matches the joints on this pup) and the nightmare king's legs.
A lot of Draca's pets are sci-fi/fantasy based, and this one fits.
Draca said that if the eyes being bright were the feature mentioned in the hint, it wouldn't help in the pup stage. And this pup's eyes are closed.
Plus recently Draca has been using transparent CS tags on pets, like the robo pup does c:

The colours on this pet are absolutely gorgeous, and the attention to detail really grabbed me. I'm so excited to see what this little guy turns into!


This one also has stunning colour depth and the transparency effect on it is especially nice

Theory time! For this pup:

Saikyo's Hints:
-green
-says chickensmoothie

-It looks to be electric powered (it's better for the environment) hence the 'green' hint. But...
-It also doesn't appear to be connected to anything that's charging it, so it may be solar powered or something similar to that, so it doesn't take up any energy at all!
-Also noticed a little thing on the pet that reads "CS00" and CS is short for chickensmoothie on it. I know it already says chickensmoothie on the tag, but this could be what they're really talking about.

If I'm correct, please claim your pup!

I'm honestly in agreement C:

The hints fit, and the art style seems similar
I can't imagine why any other dog would say CS on it (other than the watermark), so it makes sense

I think the "green" thing might refere to its eyes when they open though, but it's possible that "green" was used in this sense
