This little guy reminds me of the horned martens from the Inkworld books (Cornelia Funke). I hope there's a PPS ;u;

Also, this pet looks like it is a mammal, but it came out of an egg! Some sort of dinosaur?

Omg, that fluffy thing, I thought it was from the foxes and was like "it shrunk!" Lol. I had the newborn foxes and the chick eggs right next to each other in the folder, so I was confused when I read that it was from the egg and not the foxes.
