Oliver leaned his forehead against Luna's as a deep sigh was released. "Luna..I'm not gonna let anything happen to you. And that will only happen if you keep your distance." The healer spoke softly as if trying to hurt Luna as less as possible. Ollie knew that it would pain the warrior for him to reject her but it it for the best. Healing and mending will take much time and he's not willing to let Luna pay that time, he himself must. "I'm sorry, love."

Max swam up the stream, Looking for some fish. Max spotted a few fish and tried to bite one, It slipped out of his mouth, "Darn!" He laughed Hopping around after that fish.

Tonka smiled at the fae as he stood up and shook his pelt, turning around in a couple circles after doing so before he lay down again. Before he closed his eyes he spoke once again in that rough scratchy voice of his and said to Kayla, "Thankyou for understanding." He hesitated before adding, "You can umm, stay in here with me if you'd like to.. At least for a while, to you know, keep me company?" He asked more than told her. Tonka tended to get lonely sometimes, for he had no one to be with him all the time.



Luna closed her eyes as their foreheads touched. "And I'm not going to let anything happen to you, and that will only happen if I don't keep my distance." She spoke to him softly but seriously, and right as he called her love her heart leapt and she felt butterflies, but it her heart also broke. Luna didn't want to keep her distance from Ollie. She wanted to be with him every second, so that if he was in danger, or was feeling hurt inside or out, she would be there for him, and never let anything bad happen to him again.

Kayla nods. "I would be honored to." she agreed.

Tonka closed his eyes and spoke, "What would you like to talk about..?"

Kayla smiles, her heart pounding at his deep tired voice. She lays down beside him and nuzzles him, thinking. "Maybe about how you became the alpha?" she asked.

Oliver's eyes squinted as he slightly bared his glinting teeth to Luna. He had to do what was best for her and if she didn't cooperate than that meant the healer would have to drive her away. The stance belonging to the dark gray brute turned from relaxed and friendly to tense and aggressive. "Leave Luna. Now. I can take care of myself. I have always done it and now is not any different." Oliver projected a deep growl as he spun around and made his way to his den. Entering, the wolf released his dominating posture and laid on his bed of straw.

Tonka smiled at the comfort of another wolf and licked her cheek.
"Well, I was the first wolf to wake up after we got to the island, so I started searching the grounds, and made sure it was a safe place to be. Once I was done, the only living creatures I found were some birds, deer, elk and some rodents. So after that, I went back to check on the wolves and they were still all asleep. I decided to find a place we could all eventually call home, even if I wasn't Alpha. By the time I found a good spot some of the other wolves were awake so they helped me make some dens and get the borders set out, and once everyone was awake they were all helping and we finally finished making the camp. So then we all had a meeting and they decided to choose me as alpha, sense I stepped up and kind of took care of all the stranded wolves." During the mini story his eyes were closed and he was just enjoying the warm touch of another wolf against him.

When Oliver told her to leave and went into his den she was mad. "Fine!" she yelled. "All your ever going to do is push the people who actually care about you away! What you don't understand is by doing that you are just hurting me, you say that you want to do what's best for me, but you are just breaking my heart!" She snarled at Ollie and made sure to say one last thing, and she said this in her normal gentle Luna voice. "I love you Ollie, but obviously that isn't enough for you." At that, she turned away and walked to her den. She was so upset at him for not letting her care. Luna went to her bed of leaves, straw and moss and lay down. She cried herself to sleep that night.
