Introducing Chortle (right bae).
He's a my tiny floof.
I'm working out a personality but...Here's What I got:

Chortle is a playful individual with wide eyes for adventure. A feeling of curiosity and wonder is not foreign to him and, a lot of the times, is the thing that gets him into trouble a lot. In contrast to his calm family, he has a lot of energy and is really bubbly, and active, often bothering his brother to play tag, hide and seek, or duck-duck-goose. Being very hyperactive can be a problem in schooling or times of need as he has trouble sitting still or focusing; he's usually always itching for something to do. His name was chosen by his parents the day he was born upon his first noise bring a soft, giggly "chortle" noise instead of a yelp, bark, or cry. In his vocal abnormality his parents found amusement and named him Chortle. Growing up he's always loved up to his name, proving it to be fitting everyday (as he's easily amused as well as highly ticklish) and laughs with a cute, chortle noise, hic, and snort. Chortle is a very friendly individual and LOVES to make new friends and is very forgiving about things that would make normal people mad. He's one for second chances, in short. Because of his hyperactive nature his parents found it easier to homeschool him after realizing (after taking first grade) him shoved into a room full of colours, a bounty of toys and activities, and many, many other kids, his ADHD would never aloq him to focus. Even with homeschooling he still has a problem but his main merit is that, for the sake of his parents, he tries hard to get his stuff done. Sometimes this little boy can be a joking trickster, playing pranks or cracking terrible jokes or puns (oh god the puns) however all in good taste. Due to being teased a couple of times he can be very sensitive and dislikes bullies a lot but is too submissive to stand up for himself or others, often giving whoever it was that was bothering them what they want to get them to go away. Other than that he's generally outspoken and confident, but, again, confrontation scares him.

I know it's not a lot but I think it fits my new boy well.
