In Greek mythology, Phaethon was a son of Helios. One day, he insisted that his father let him drive
his chariot, but was unable to control it. To save the Earth, he was struck by one of Zues’
lightning bolts and fell, allowing the horses pulling the chariot to get home.

Phaethon’s Tekes were discovered by a group of people on a search for Phaethon’s landing point.
When they believed that they had discovered the crater, thinly built horses began to gather. Upon first
glance, they seemed no different than akhal tekes. However, a handful of explorers felt that they had
discovered something different. Because of their location and the motive of their search, the explorers
dubbed them Phaethon’s Tekes. While part of the group left to report their findings, the rest stayed back to
construct a ranch, unable to leave the magnificent creatures.

• Simple customs include a solid base and face/leg markings.
Broken dip may be added to simple designs for 5 extra points.

• Moderate customs include tobiano, splash, snow cap appaloosas, some sabinos, and some overos. They may also include small amounts of birdcatcher/grease spots and minimal snowflake appaloosa.
Very dapple-y designs are considered moderate.
Dips that are not solid colors (roan, appaloosa, etc) and broken dips are available on moderate+ designs

• Detailed customs include complicated paint markings(overo/sabino/etc) and most appaloosas. They may also include birdcatcher or grease spots and heterochromia.
Fleabitten gray is considered a detailed design.

• Rare customs include very complicated appaloosas and -very rarely- some complicated paints. Rare designs may also have chimeric markings, brindle, somatic mutations, heterochromia, etc.

Hello, and welcome to my little order corner. Here you can order breedings, customs, and semi-customs. You will find that customs are semi-customs don't open as often as I do breedings. This is because my main focus is teke breedings. I will open my slots for them as often as possible. I hope that I create your dream teke either way! Make sure you read the rules and guidelines I put together below. It will make things much easier.

About me
My name is teresa8oats, but you can also just call me Teresa, or Resa. I am a highschooler who is absolutely horse crazy and spends way too much time in CS. I live in the Northwest region of the US and it rains a ton here. I am blonde, my skin is very pale, and I stand at 5ft. 10in. and have been skinny all my life(food is bae btw), leaving me looking like a plank walking around. I love animals, breed and raise Lilac rabbits, and occasionally model. I am a music fan, basically every moment of my life has the radio on full blast. I am currently leasing a 15.2hh bay Morgan named Neverlands Mister Darling "Boo" and ride him 3-4 times a week. I have been riding for 7 years and currently am practicing the hunter/jumper discipline, though I have done other disciplines in the past. I live in a very large family of 10 people, and have to share my room with one of my sisters, which really sucks. If you ever want to chat or just need someone to talk to, my pm box is open!

I don't take quotes, as they are so easy to change or make, not that I think any of you would ever do that XD

Send payments once I pm you back saying your order has been accepted.
Please don't request certain colors and markings. I use a genetic generator to determine what the foals color will be.
Marking patterns will be random if not similar or a combination of the parents markings.
Follow all of Phaethon's Tekes rules.

Myk's Breeding/Custom Space

Yoo, this is my corner and here you'll just see my rules/teke rules for breeding's and such, you'll find I won't be opening full customs or semi customs a lot, but aside from my main focus which is doing adopts; I will do breeding's. Make sure to read the post very clearly, and make sure you understand everything; if ya don't shoot me a pm or something!

I'll explain how I'll do breeding, and it may differ from how other artists do it. I will take the parents bases, and mix them in a generator; the most likely base will be chosen (if more then one, I will roll on a generator), their dips will be combined as well; just to add spunk. The eyes will most likely be one or the other, or in some cases mixed to achieve another colour. String information is left to you, and that is how breedings will be completed.

When you see the red it means I am closed, when you see the green it means I'm open. The strikes show what is not open, so watch for that!

Rules and Regulations

Basic Breeding Rules
- Do not post on this thread unless you are teke staff
- Do not claim species/art as your own

- Do not ask for traits on a breeding, I will do everything related to genes.
- If you aren't happy with your custom, and you'd like it to be tweaked; just send me a pm.
- Instead of just a quote, I want screenshots.
- Send your PM's with the correct titles (see below).
- Send your payment as soon as I accept.
- I will accept the payment, after the teke is posted!
- Payments may change from time to time.
- I do have the right to not accept your request, so please do not get upset if I don't accept it.
- All links to the tekes, must be to the original pages and not their references.
- If they are the older tekes with no original pages, then you should at least try and link me to the owners page if there is one!
- Never beg me for a slot, PM for a slot, or ask about when I will open breedings/customs.
- Breedings/customs will be completed on my own time.
- I will normally only open 5 slots at a time, unless I state/feel otherwise.

PLEASE READ: Make sure you read this topic carefully, for each request you send in; make sure you LABEL the pm with that it is. Ok, so I should probably explain what the difference between a custom and a semi-custom is. In a custom you can be as specific as you want, choosing (and optionally including references) for the exact markings an colours you want. However in a semi-custom you can only request vague markings, and what you get will be random.
