Welcome to the Elk Hund Kennel Club (EHKC). Below, you will find our kennel registry and
training events. We will also host competitions at least once a month.

The EHKC is the place to register your kennel as an official Elk Hund kennel. Kennel
registration is usually required to enter training events and competitions. To register
your kennel, PM the below form to myself (canis,). To register a kennel, you must have
at least 1 Elk Hund.

Each Elk Hund has a series of stats assigned to it at birth, known as base stats. These
stats consist of both health and skill stats.

Health Stats
Eyes - Ears - Hips
Health stats may only be increased by breeding. When a breeding is requested, the artist will
choose a number between the parents' stat number for each of the pup's stats. So, if the mother
has a 3 in hips and the father has a 2, the artist can choose to give the pup either a 2 or a 3 in hips.

Skill Stats
Strength - Stamina - Speed - Intelligence - Obedience
Skill stats may be increased through two methods. One is by breeding. A breeding artist will
use the following formula to determine each of the pup's stats:
father stat + mother stat = ____ / 2 = _____ + (random number between 1-10)

Skill stats may also be increased through training events. Each training event will have a reward
in the form of skill stat bonuses. By entering and completing the tasks required for the training
event, you are able to increase your Hund's skill stats.

Training events are used to raise skill stats. They are hosted much more often than a competition. Each
training event will have a set of tasks for you to complete. Upon completion, the Hund/s entered
will receive the reward provided.

Competitions are much less common than training events. They
offer players and Hunds the chance to compete to see who is top dog. Like training events, competitions
will have a set of tasks to complete in order to enter. Competitions will be judged based on the
corresponding skills (listed below), as well as the quality of the entry. Competition winners will
be rewarded in various ways. The types of competitions are as follows:

Conformation: based on health stats
Obedience: based on intelligence and obedience
Hunting: based on strength, stamina, and obedience
Tracking: based on speed, intelligence, and obedience

In addition to winning the provided reward for placing in a competition, your Hund may also
receive titles. Each competition comes with its own set of titles. The criteria and names of
the offered titles is listed below. Upon earning a title, you will be provided with a certificate.
