Audrey woke up to the sound of her alarm clock, it's loud, monotonous sound pulling her from her sleep. She slowly rolled over and hit the 'off' switch before rolling back onto her back, where she laid staring at the ceiling fan go round-and-round. Finally deciding to move, Audrey pushed herself out of bed, heading to her bathroom. She took a brisk shower, the cold water startling her the rest of the way awake, then, getting dressed in her go-to dress, drying her hair and putting on a light layer of makeup. Audrey grabbed her bag off her dresser, going out of her house to sit in her yellow Volkswagen Beetle, trying to decide on where to go. She thought of the coffee shop in town, there she could grab some breakfast and read her new book, so, she pulled out of her driveway and drove towards the shop.
At arriving, Audrey stepped out of her car going in to order a muffin and a Salted Carmel Cappuccino, taking her breakfast to a table in the back corner. She took out her book, Looking for Alaska, and began reading, taking small bites and sips of her yummy food.

Kaia ran out the door and started off down the street. She would jog to the coffee shop a few blocks away and stop to get something else to eat, and maybe something to drink before heading back home. She set off in that direction, her feet pounding against the pavement almost in time with her music.
It took approximately fifteen minutes for her to reach the coffee shop. She paused a moment outside the door to shoot off a text to her mom telling her where she was and then headed inside. She went up to the counter and greeted the cashier, whom she knew by name as she had been here many times before. "The usual." She said. "Oh. and a water." He nodded and rang up the items. She paid and then grabbed her order before grabbing a two-seater table by the window to eat her breakfast.

She was going to make omelets today. Entering the kitchen, she immediately began to gather the ingredients she would need to make breakfast. She grabbed eggs, ham, cheese, and some spinach before pulling out a pan and setting it on the stove.

Audrey looked up from her book when someone sat at the table in the corner across from her. When she realized who it was she picked up all her things and hurried over to the table. She sat down, taking the seat opposite of Kaia, "Hey! I didn't expect to run into you here!" She smiled, "I your waiting on someone, I'll move. I just figured I'd be polite and come over and say hey to you." Audrey said hurriedly, hoping that she wasn't taking anyone's seat.

KAia shrugged, her mouth full. She quickly chewed and swallowed before answering. "I'm not waiting on anyone." She said with a short laugh. "Just stopped to get something to eat after my run." She motioned at the book Audrey held. "What're you reading?" She asked, curious.
