Maine rumbled a bit. The director had to interrupt them for that? He could go and check them by himself can't he?! He growled lowly as he merely kept his arms wrapped around York's abdomen area, chin resting ontop of York's head and staring at the director.

"Oh forget it, come on!" I answer with a head shake, nudging the Director forward. "Obviously, he's made his mind up and he's not going to--oh Jesus, I can tell in your eyes you're not budging either." I murmur. "Don't make me jump into you!"

"Out of curiousity, why is it you suddenly want to take maine and York with you to the engine rooms? When Maine just tried going aboard an enemy ship to blow it up, and didn't get to, and is still in the mood to blow something up." Delta asked curiously.

"Cause he's an idiot." I motion towards him.

"Command; log off." With a roll of my eyes, I oblige and disappear back into the recesses of his mind.

"Just so you know, you can never get rid of me." I hiss. "He really is an idiot, though." I add quietly before disappearing again.

Delta tilted his head alittle before clearing his throat. "So... Again, why?" He asked.

The Director

"One, as sad as it may seem, I need a way of getting up to the bridge, actually. I don't have any grab boots to speak of."

"So basically you need maine and his grav boots to carry you? That is really, really, really sad." Delta answered.

"Ha, ha!" I laugh. "You didn't want me to hear your stupid request, but I heard it~" I must with my tongue out.

The Director shakes his head. "Not necessarily. I need someone to scout out a route from here to the bridge without the need of grav boots."

"Without the elevators or the service stairs, gravboots are needed." Delta informed as maine snorted, clearly not to happy with where this was going.

"How about we make everyone happy?" I clap my hands and wiggle away from Maine. "How about we take Alpha and go up to the bridge and see what we can do about the engines? You can stay down here and go to your office and take a nap and pretend none of this is happening! Deal?"
