I think its sketchi's it kinda looks like froma from rainbow tail or is that just me?

Years ago I might've said it was Moonflight, as they always seemed to have a tufted staff dog. However, it does bear a striking resemblance to sketchi's dog from last year. I'm going to go with sketchi as well.

This pet looks like he is underwater holding its breath, maybe it will grow up to be a scuba diver? Also looks like there is a seaweed design on it.
