Staff Litter 2015 Discussion Thread

-laughs at the summary for my pet history- I would like to point out that my second staff pet had one tiny tiny edit, the head hair xD By my third pet I suppose I was beginning to explore my limits to editing and not looking cruddy, since i'm mainly an item artist and terrrrible at pets.

I guess I am a sucker for ear and tail edits. And fantasy stuff. I play so many mmorpgs and stuff.. i'm don't belong irl anymore xD

I suppose I can give a hint for mine this year. It will be similar in one or two ways to the cadet (and no it's not the design or theme). -ramps up those expectations- xD

I see it now XD I got a little too excited because your art was blowing me away, so I definitely don't think any of them look terrible.

Welcome to today's section of GUESS THAT STAFF PET. Today, we will be looking at Firey Gatoh. Let's begin?

Ah, this pet is simpler then it's siblings. His colours are calm and patterns are not chaotic. Next! + The chest of the pet along with the tail are coloured differently from the rest of the body and head. It's pupils are small dots.

-'10
Once again, very simple. No line edits in sight! Very abstract, faint patterns however. Next! + chest is coloured differently along with paws being a different colour as well. While the tail is two toned, it does include a different colour like the previous ones. It has a marking on the one eye and it's ears are flopped down. It's pupils are different as well

Haha! I am seeing a pattern, are you? + chest along with middle tail are coloured differently along with the paws being darker than the main body colour. It's pupils are different as well and this year, the paw like marking appears

Yes, yes! This one is odd. Some unusual patterns appear. Swirls? Linking nicely to '09. Nexxttt! + eye pattern, chest a different colour, ears flopped with then being a different colour, middle tail coloured differently than the other two like his '10. Pupils are different from regular dogs as well like every other year so far.

Hmm? It seems Firey here is straying off the path from the original pattern. Yet still simple, without any line edits! + flopped ears with different colours and the paw like park with resembles one of the released pets this year, eye design, paws are a different colour along with the legs from the middle of the body with the lighter green design. Three tails with the middle one a different colour and this year a line on the tail which is replicated next year. Pupils are different again.

Oh, how I loved that pet from last year! <3 Plain but nice. No line edits in sight! + three tails, one coloured differently and another with the base having a dark line and the tip a more lighter coloured line. Shares the similar paw like marking as multiple of Fiery Gatoh's pets, including a few non staff litter. Paws are a different colour as well as the pupils that are still done differently than how they usually are with either dots or sideways slits.


I hope you all know what to look for in Firey Gotah's pet! Next time, we will explore... DoctorDraca's pet!

Er. I know there's one for Fiery Gatoh already but I found more stuff to clue what the pet might look like this year so I simply added more, indicated by the plus sign.

Final Notes: A decent chance there will be some shape or form of a line edit. Could possibly be fluffy but I don't know.

Now we just have to wait and see

The 2013 was smooth and the 2014 was fluffy maybe this time it will be something thats not fluffy or smooth but not normal??????

no line-edits apart from the eyes here. paler colours, many "hidden" messages. still slightly shy a bit, since it's only their second pet(?)


many, many line-edits can be seen here. eyes, spider legs and an extremely long tail. we can be expecting a lot of line-edits from cataract if she is to continue on this track.
