Staff Litter 2015 Discussion Thread

Alright! My next victim will appear shortly... So far, here's everything we have:

Atwood: Calm, low-saturation colours & natural-ish pets.
Pluma: Animal themed, perhaps? Maybe round markings on the pets?
Firey: Simple, non-edit pets with abstract or swirly patterns.
DoctorDraca: Darker, 'spooky' pets.
Jadeghost: Plant themes? Ears diffent colour to the rest of the head?

This pups spots remind me of Orchid Sprigs ocelot fursona.

Alright! We are now investigating Pluma! I have added a little side note for who I have done. Feel free to do your own investigations, everyone!

Very animal themed. We got some deer, a butterfly, feathers, the lot! The adolescent stage has rabbit ears?! How bizarre and unique. The odd eyes fit in perfectly with the wacky pet. The white markings are a mixture of dots and dashes and blobs.


Ahah! Once again, animal themed. This time it's a peacock. We have the dashes on it's paws and chest, and rounder markings again. Next!


Oh, this blows my theory out of the water. (Pun not intended). We seem to have a sand dog from the bottom of a lake or ocean, with sandy pebbles on it. More rounder markings, however!


That is all I could come up with, I'm afraid! Gosh, Pluma is hard! I'm looking forward to some animal-themed designs this year, maybe! Maybe round markings or dashes on the pets? Who knows? Apart from that, i'm very blank on what to expect from Pluma!

Jadeghosts staff pets:

Seems to have a plant pattern, no lines edits, unless you count the mist.

Closed eyes, like the '13 one, has a plant like theme too it. It also has mist on it. Another similarity is the multi-tail it has.

Jadeghost seems to take the lighter, softer colors from the color palette.

although I have to say, the dog I made last year is still my favorite, including the one I made for this year.

Does this means that Jadeghost had took some big changes on his pup this year which leads to the pup being not as loved as last year's? I wonder why this year's pup wasn't the most favourite. Hmm.

She said 'guilty as charged' so i think it remains a theme, or only small things changed?

Also, Pluma mentioned that her pet had "the tail," so that could indeed mean the butterfly.

Very planty. This pet has an old kind of look to it, and it's a lot bigger then most pets. It has kind of female-ish look to it, with the eyelashes and long hair. I would also like to comment on the huge wings!


Still looking VERY girly! Long, feminine white hair and thick, black lashes still.

That's all! I think we're looking for pets with hair this year. Or particularly female looking ones. *shrug*

I noticed something else, the 2013 one has BUTTERFLY wings, which COULD relate to the butterfly pup, but i'm putting that after our suspicion of PLUMA.

- Patterns in the air - Ghosts and droplets
