If you do manage to win her trust, though, she's unbelievably loyal and would lay her life down for you. Mariel is cold to most everyone she meets, meaning she does not make many friends. When she goes out with Mariel she has a small bag attached to her back to hold pencils and erasers as well as any other small trinkets Mariel may find.

Siren is an albino American rabbit. He is feistier than Selkie and overprotective of her as well as his owner. He could be described as a 'guard rabbit' and takes pride in being able to protect those he loves. despite this, he is sleeping most of the time when no one need his help. He wears a collar with a flashlight built into it to help Mariel see in the dark.

Siren and Selkie help Mariel when she goes out adventuring. Selkie collects anything Mariel finds and wants to keep and provides her writing utensils. She's an excellent tracker and can easily scent and hear things that Mariel can't. Siren acts as a flashlight using his collar in places where Mariel can't see very well. He also keeps the other two safe and looks out for danger. He's a strong swimmer and can retrieve things across rivers and streams.
