(NOTICE - This is a lot of text - you will probably not read it all - there is no codeword or anything, just look at the pink text and decide for yourself if you need to read the elaboration. Use common sense and manners, alright?)
1 - Follow Tess's Rules - (of course)
2 - Be Patient - I have a lot that goes on during the summer along with medical issues and family issues, so please be patient! I will try my hardest to keep updates with you as well, so you should never feel in the dark about your order.
3 - Keep Yourself Updated - If you don't reply to my questions, I'll never know if I'm doing my job right. Not to mention, if you request an art trade and don't get back to me about it, I cannot accept your form.
4 - About Payment - When it comes to rares, any date will be fine unless otherwise said. However, if it says "WL," it will have to be wishlist (this mainly applies to commons and uncommons). "Points" stands for DeviantArt (DA) points and those are only an option of payment if you have a DA account. If you don't, don't bother with point payments.
5 - When Paying - Please don't send the trade until after I accept, you don't need to show me the pet(s). As long as it fits the payment criteria, it's fine. You may send the trade when I accept, though I won't accept the trade until the art is done. If it's DA points, please send the points once your order is accepted. I don't spend the points until I finish the order and you've received it.
6 - CREDIT - When using my art, you MUST credit me! I don't care what site you put it on, you have to say it's by me. It doesn't matter if you link to me or the art, it just has to say that it's by me. It is a form of plagiarism to not cite me (see #5, Recycle)! If you do not credit me, I will delete your art and will not allow you to use it, plus you will not be able to order art from me again (you'll get a couple of warnings before this).
7 - Try-out Art - All try-out art I make goes to the final owner of the adopt. Regardless if you won, the art of the adopt is the art of the adopt, and it's wasteful for the owner of the adopt to not get it. However, if you win a runner-up, PM me and I will re-color the art to fit your runner-up for free instead of the design you were originally trying out for.
8 - Refunds - You are free to request a refund as long as I haven't already finished the art. If it's taking too long for me to finish, you may refund it. If you want to change it to a different character and I haven't already finished the art, you may feel free to request so.
9 - Changes - Feel free to request changes if I did something wrong or if you think it will look better another way. I will not completely redraw art, but I will make some changes here and there.
10 - Please be Flexible - Sometimes, I can't draw a whole ton of accessories on a character or the design is waaay out of my league. I'll tell you if something like that happens, and you can request me to draw a different character instead. If you're not interested in art of anyone else, you may feel free to cancel your form.
