the dappled shecat watched as the sun slunk down to the sand, disappearing behind the endless mounds. the shecat felt her
fur being warmed by the last rays of sun, savoring the feeling. she mentally prepared for a chilly night ahead. she scanned the horizon
with her icy eyes and soon let her gaze settle on a secluded area. watching the area for a moment, she soon decided to go to it,
see what it was. soon after she entered, she was nearly knocked aside by the familiar scent of a clan mate. "waterheart?" she called.

She jumped a little and then realized it was Dappleleaf and curled up tightly, staying silent.

she carefully moved away the light green leaves to revel a curled up waterheart," are you okay?" she asked, concern clear in her
voice. she prayed the starclan that her clanmate wasn't hurt. she gently nudged the shecat.
