Actually they only have one wing, its just the effect of the wings flapping. It said so on the DC Forum.

Yours are gendered and mine just hatched this hour! |D I didn't use any BSAs on mine, though, and I also caught them a bit late. I also only took three because I thought that the nighttime was going to bring the other color. Here's to hoping I don't get three of the same gender!
