Just popping in to ask y'all something.
A new song came out Friday and I love it. It also gave me a great idea.
What if we all did a collaborative plumerian music video like everyone participating had maybe 3 seconds or so (though it depends on how many people would participate)?
Here is the song I was thinking of.
It's just very happy and I think something good could be made out of it.
If you would be interested please please please PM me and let me know if I should set it up cause I think something like this would be super fun with the community.
Try tilting the pm with something to do with plumerian or plumie so it will go to the right spot.

If you are trying out for a plume that is non owner and you win a plume while the contest is BEING JUDGED, do you have to drop out?
Just wanted to pop in and answer this for how I deal with this when I am judging since I do run a lot of non-owner competitions.

For me, if it is still running/open, yes, you definitely have to drop out.

Once it is closed and being judged, you do not have to drop out, but if the contest was a short one (as most of my non-owner ones tend to be) then if I see you have won a plumie since the contest closed, I am not going to pick your form.

In contests where there was a lot of effort involved [EX: any art that is more complicated than a sketch or over 200 words, etc.] then if you have gotten a plumie after I closed the contest, your form will be judged the same way as anyone else's.


Since I'm here already, I guess I'll drop in some art I did this past weekend of Icell and one I found burried in my files from months ago. x3

So, as a non-owner, I really want to be dedicated to getting a plumerian. I'm not one just to enter every single contest just to win, I really devote myself to winning a plum. Sometimes I do see designs up for adoption that I feel like I click with, but there's already like 13+ pages of forms and feel intimidated. ;m;
Any advice?

@Speckled Orchid; I know how you feel. I was/am the same way when entering contests. But if I //really// click with the design, I push past the doubt and enter anyway. Sometimes, it pays off! Frankly, I'd advise the same. Just don't go through the forms!! I've done that, too, and don't enter. Hehe. Best of luck to you, on getting your first plumie, though!! :D


Looking for some friends for Catnip, maybe a kid-crush or someone who can eventually be shipped with her?? I do NOT RP and would prefer head cannon based relationships for her. If a possible kid-crush/future ship, I'd much rather it be art-based.
Catnip- also known as Cat, Kitty and Kitten- is headstrong and impulsive, much like her mother. There isn't much that can scare her. She is strong-willed and won't take 'no' for an answer. She is proud and witty, very quiet on her feet. She plays the drums and enjoys getting into trouble. She does not enjoy vandalism, but instead prefer trespassing to get to where she wants. 'Posted' signs mean nothing to her. She will ignore them and keep going. Not to mention she can be quite the liar, too, when it comes to covering her own tail.

Here's the best advice for that situation:

For every page of people posting you will have maybe one decent/compete form in large contests.

For example, let's look through #589. About 12 pages of forms, and I counted about 8-9 forms that were complete and were actually something that I might worry about in the contest had I entered. And honestly that more then normal.

Tons of people mark/have wips/say they're going to enter, but almost all of them won't. In long contests it is almost always 10 or less forms with a shot at winning from what I've seen.

I'm going to be honest with you. If a plumerian is for non-owners, about almost half the time I enter xD. So you're a lot more respectable than me. But only once or twice for impress me's do I make reallly, realllllllllly long forms and perfect them as much as possible. The others are all naming contests, etc, so I want to do good, but I can't.
