The male hissed in annoyance, the pine cone landing near his left foot. He kicked it away, glaring at the female that was working her way down the tree. He reached behind him, gripping the hilt of the sword before pulling it forward, holding it in preparation to attack.

Othelia made it to the bottom of the tree and turned around looking at Fenris. She saw him reaching for his sword and flashed him a sheepish smile, her cheeks turning pink in embarassment, "Hello, um, sorry about that - pinecone." Reaching a hand up, she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, revealing tall pointed ears, the only elf like feature she carried except for her tattoos. Biting her bottom lip and furrowing her brow she looked at the broody elf, "You're not going to hit me with that are you?"

"I may," he answered, standing tall over the female. He glared at her as she revealed her pointed ears. Did she think that being an elf would help her? He scoffed at the thought. He gripped tighter at the swords hilt with one hand, the tip resting in the dirt as his Lyrium markings pulsed.

Othelia let out a nervous laugh, "Alright. I'll just um, you know. Forget this ever happened." Cautiously she stepped forwards, her hand itching to grab her doubled bladed sword, but she knew better than to confront people who were stronger than her. Sometimes. His markings made her curious though, and she did her best to avoid staring at him, thinking it rude.

A small hiss escaped the males lips and his lifted the sword to stop her. "I do not take kindly to having things dropped on my head." he growled at her, brows furrowing in irritation. Who does she think she is. He wouldn't let this pass. No, not that easy.

Othelia scrunched her face, having a feeling this would happen. She tilted her head and shook it, "Look. I said I'm sorry. I couldn't see you from way up there." Her handed pointed upwards towards the tree she had just left. Her mouth open and closed and she shrugged her shoulders, "You're really not going to kill me over a pinecone are you? I mean, a pinecone. One of those bloody things could fall on your head any second. You're not going to hit a tree because it dropped it's seed on your head are you?" Othelia flashed a quick, nervous smile, then it quickly vanished.

Othelias eyes grew cold and flare lit behind them. She raised her brow and crossed her arms.
"Fine then. I'll shut up." Squeezing her lips tightly together she rocked back and forth on her heels. If this elf wanted to play a game then so be it, she'll play along. Continuing to rock back and forth, she looked up at the sky. The canopy blocked most of it, but a few birds twittered over head, small white clouds rolling by. Such a serene place to have a sword held at my throat..... she thought.
