Guzore considered both options. He turned to Jakub.
I hate to disagree with you, brother, but Zeph has a point. The waves'll be pretty chaotic with all the wind as well, and I don't think it'll be a good idea to split up.
Guzore thought for a moment.
Zeph, so you know of any spells that could just teleport Jakub's ship somewhere or something?

Zeph smirked at Jakub for a moment, then pondered Guzores question.
Jakob sounded confident. Maybe he shouldn't have?
hmmm...
well assuming we aren't coming back here afterwards...
Yes, I could get it to where we need it to us.
I'll need just 15 minutes. he said, smiling. Though the look in his eyes said he had something far better in mind.
And with that, Zeph bolted towards the direction of the ship- Stele in hand, leaving a glowing trail of light in its wake.

"Why can't we wait out the storm?" Ferondir said. "It won't last forever. I haven't had a chance to check out the library yet either."
"Jakub can go tend too his crew, properly dock, and what not, and we could just camp inside the mansion. It would make quite the fort, actually."
That way, no one would get hurt, and this rain seemed a bit more then it appeared.

Della Collern/13/Color-Blind/Wgere: Outside Gregal's Mansion/With: Her team

"I like Ferondir's idea." She whispered quietly, barely audible. She knew that probably no one heard her just then, but at least she put her opinion out there. She glanced around at the others, wondering what they would say about it.

Sapphire was unsure. She had three things on her mind. One, she can't jump into the lake if it just got struck by lightning. Two, whether we should go on the boat or in the forest. Three, she liked rain but hated lightning. It terrified her because if you were a Tora and you were swimming in a storm, there is a good chance that you will die. So, Sapphire felt a fear that you feel when you think you might die. She tried to cover it, and covered most of it, but she couldn't stop her body from trembling. She would rather stay as far away from water as she could at this moment, but when the storm clears up, she doesn't want to be far from it. Sapphire was content, for now, to stand there, trembling, staring at the sky with wide eyes.

One of those "click to grow" things, click a few, if you can. At least the eggs, that way I can get more, since there is a 4-egg limit.

Jack wasn't gonna get in on this argument. Other people can go figure it out, and Jack will follow them. And probably do nothing. But, that's the safe way to go about things. So why did Jack feel so... Bored?
Jack was never bored. Jack was safe. Jack watched other people do stuff. Whatever happened in the mansion seemed like one big dream. Very few things changed in Jack's world. And then, boom. Jack didn't even remember what happened, but he remembered being confused.
Whatever happened... It was... Fun. And Jack wanted to go have more fun. Less barrels would be nice though.
"Uh, I think we should go through the forest. We don't have much food in the mansion, and those waves look awfully choppy."

Jakub, slightly irritated at the fact his friends could not see for themselves the safest option, stomped his foot and said.

Fine you can take your chances in the forest, anyone who wishes to go on the safe path, you know my boat, can come along. Also It will be a cold cold day before i let a inexperienced wizard touch my ship. If you all are so keen on ignoring the past Fate dictates then so be it. Any and all who come to there senses are welcome to come along.

with that Jakub turned and walked towards his ship. Rex fallowing closely behind caring a bunch of logs in his arms. The ship was not far off and Jakub could see the crew hard at work preparing for the usual storm sailing they were all to used to. Jakub looked at the waves these were nothing compared the seas he road off the coast of the Island Ceronia. Jakub scoffed at the skys for its ill attempt to create a challenge.

No, Jakub wait! We can work this out, guys. Just don't leave..
This wasn't good at all. Why couldn't everyone get along and work together like a team? Guzore had to figure something out. In the midst of the pouring rain, he caught a glimpse of an orange light in the sky. He pulled out his binoculars and observed a cloaked figure riding on a Pyrodactyl. That was... odd. Pyrodactyls were only native to the Gerudo Desert, and it wouldn't make sense for one to be flying through all this rain unless there was a good reason for it.
No, there wasn't time to figure out why the Pyrodactyl was there. He had to sort things out with his friends. He had an idea. It may come off as a bit rude, but he had to keep his friends together.
Jakub, what if "fate" wants you to go through the forest? You don't wanna end up like all the stories of the shipwrecked heroes, right?

Ferondir felt a wave of alien terror, but Della's quiet agreement calmed him somehow. He was able to clear his mind.
"Look, this storm isn't going to last long enough for us to starve," he said to the others. "Jakub may tempt death if he wants too, but something about this storm freaks me out."
He gestured to his hook. "The last time I ignored this instinct, I lost my hand. I'm going to wait it out inside, where we know we will survive."
He turned to his friends, a desperate pleading expression on his face. "Zeph, Guzore, Jack, Della, Sapphire, Amethyst, and... you." he pointed to Aznil. "Don't tempt this storm, Jakub is a skilled sailor, but a wise man doesn't look for trouble. The whole reason he is here, is that we thought the forest too dangerous." He paused. "I beg you all, just wait this storm out. Something isn't right, and I don't want to see another friend die."
He turned and strode back toward the mansion. But then called over his shoulder. "In the end, I can't choose for you, only guide you to what is best. Choose wisely."
He started off again toward the mansion.

Zeph, slightly agitated, stomped back towards the main group- a few minutes after talking to the people aboard the ship, he'd left.
I'm sorry it had to come down to this. He said, dryly.
Prohibere motus. Alliges duplicia. Zeph spat, prodding his finger towards Jakub.
Almost immediately, purple tendrils protruded from the ground- lacing Jakubs feet momentarily, halting him from moving even closer to his ship.
Now this whole leading thing isn't really my Forte- but since this OBVIOUSLY seems necessary. He said, rolling his eyes.
None of us are using that ship. You know why?

̵̻̳̼̲̳͈̱͖͌̈́͆̿̒̃̏͊́͜͝ͅ ̴̧̡̩̬͈̟͈̞̟̹̑͒͆̒͋͐̈̿͌̊ ̵̡̠̰̦͍͎͉̮͌́̀̾̾͛͆̾̅͋ͅͅ ̸̢͖͓̲͙̗̤̲͕͖̒̔̄̎̓̃̋̉̚͘ ̸̡̡̦͙͖̻̻̯̃͑́̄̃̊͒̌̈́̚ͅͅ ̴̢̨̝̣̻̬͚̖̥͉̆́̉̓͒́͆̀̽͝ ̶̛̩͕̫̫͈͙̳̬͕͛͆̾͐̅̽͛̉͗ͅ ̸̡̢̛͉̹̝̠͕̦̓̑̋̄̑͌̀̉̕͜ͅ ̸̮̮̖̻͉͚̫̻͗̾́̃͌͆̐͋͘͘ͅͅ ̴̨͖̫̤͇̖̩̬̭̫́̆͊͌̍̍̈́́́͝ ̶̧̡̢̛͈̺̮͕͓̼͆̒̑̋̾̽͗̑͜͝ ̷̧̧̛̰͇̮̩͕̺̘̰̅̇͂̐̍͌̉͒̓ ̷̢̛̭̻̲̜̲̖̿̓̆̀̕͘͜͝͝͝ͅͅ S̢̡̻̲̘͖͕̥̦͔̽̂͂̈̏̊̀̕͠͝l̡̧̳̣͖͎̱̗͕͙͌́͗̾̆̈́̀̉͗̕o̢̰̞͔͈̝̯̯̱̒̾̏̈́̀̈́͌̇͑͜͝w̡̪̗̲̦̖̞̜͍̤̃̒̔̅̏͆̔̊̄̕ē̡͎̥͖̰͚͖̜̣͕̂̌́̂̒̓̊͂̚d̺̜͚͖͕͎̤͔͐̐̀̉̔̈́̏͐̚͜͝ͅ ̢̛̩͙̝͍̟͎͍͍̯̃͊͆͌͋͂͐͋̚W̧̮̼̘̼̝̥̭̞̍̓̀̃̉̽̒́̒͜͝a̢̧̧̩̗̥̞̟̩͎̒̈́͒̇̆͋̽̊̾̕l̨̞͎̩̲̗̠͍̣̳̓̇̆̿̍̉̒̒̋̚l̨̢͎̭̭͍͉̭̺͐̑͑͛̉̇̏͑̕̕ͅ.̡͇̣̳̩̫̺̳̻̰̇̍̓́̓̒͗͗̕̕ ̵̻̳̼̲̳͈̱͖͌̈́͆̿̒̃̏͊́͜͝ͅ ̴̧̡̩̬͈̟͈̞̟̹̑͒͆̒͋͐̈̿͌̊ ̵̡̠̰̦͍͎͉̮͌́̀̾̾͛͆̾̅͋ͅͅ ̸̢͖͓̲͙̗̤̲͕͖̒̔̄̎̓̃̋̉̚͘ ̸̡̡̦͙͖̻̻̯̃͑́̄̃̊͒̌̈́̚ͅͅ ̴̢̨̝̣̻̬͚̖̥͉̆́̉̓͒́͆̀̽͝ ̶̛̩͕̫̫͈͙̳̬͕͛͆̾͐̅̽͛̉͗ͅ ̸̡̢̛͉̹̝̠͕̦̓̑̋̄̑͌̀̉̕͜ͅ ̸̮̮̖̻͉͚̫̻͗̾́̃͌͆̐͋͘͘ͅͅ ̴̨͖̫̤͇̖̩̬̭̫́̆͊͌̍̍̈́́́͝ ̶̧̡̢̛͈̺̮͕͓̼͆̒̑̋̾̽͗̑͜͝ ̷̧̧̛̰͇̮̩͕̺̘̰̅̇͂̐̍͌̉͒̓ ̷̢̛̭̻̲̜̲̖̿̓̆̀̕͘͜͝͝͝ͅͅ

Zeph said- flicking his glowing Stele towards the ship- several little blue runes protruded from the tip of the stele, then began to fade.
In the distance, surrounding the ship, appeared a series of appearing and disappearing runes, again in a square around the ship.
For all of our safety- none of us are using that boat.
Now- You may call me inexperienced, but that's some good work.
If that boat even tries so much as untying its anchor- every last drop of water in that area will Freeze solid, sending spikes of ice into the hull of that boat.
Now I don't know much about ships, but that seems like a pretty costly repair.
Am I right?
He had a grin and a look of pleased malice in his eyes.
You can hate me for it all you like- but I'm not letting any of us drown. I'd rather take forest fire over Drowning.
The crashes of lighting seemed to escalate.
We. Are. Sticking. Together. He said, vengefully, dark blue droplets of rain speckling his hair and skin. Every few seconds his face would become illuminated by the electrifying light from the lightning in the sky.
Now either we walk and I teleport the ship to us once we get to arbor harbor- or we wait here until the storm passes.
Zeph waved the stele in Jakubs general direction, causing the purple tendrils encasing his feet to vanish into mist- and wash away with the Northern Downpour.
He turned to look at the runic square that encased the ship.
Its called variable rune magic- by the way. I learned it from the library. Some good stuff in there- it was just my kind of magic too. He said, quite proud of his work.
