"I apologize for my, and my warriors, hostility...we aren't used to seeing many cats outside the clan around here unless we purposefully go out to find them...and whenever a cat says something that is an insult to my home, knowingly or not, i can get a little flustered. Please, forgive me." I lowered my head, not moving again.

the brown tom silently lay in the warrior's den, his tail curled, tightly around his muscular build. rumbleclaw's golden eyes opened, stepping out of the den, stretching his limbs out, his lips parting in a yawn. as he looked around, his eyes landed on the fresh-kill pile. he huffed, noticing it was a bit short on prey. his ears were up tall, trying to see if anyone was going to set out on a hunting patrol. rumbleclaw flicked his long, brown tail.

dewpaw lightly sighed as her friends walked off to train. she knew the training was important for them to be chosen to be medicine cat apprentice, but now she just was left in her mind. her head lay down on the green grass, closing her blue eyes.

cookie quickly stood, noticing the bonded cats arguing. "no need to fight over a strange cat such as myself, felines." she said simply. her green eyes turned to amberstar, a look of sadness in them. "i hope you understand i'm not used to your kind being around here, so i've never heard of the clan that you speak of. i simply believed you were all to be strays, living in the forest. i didn't know. i apologize." she said, looking to silverclaw in thanks. while the she-cat did have the tools to fight, she knew she could never take one trained cat, let alone three.

Ravenclaw: He listened to the whole conversation. He growled to himself at times. He really wanted to lash at the she-cat for calling them stays. He sat down and forced himself to not move. He turned to Amberstar.

"I can understand your mistake." I smiled, thinking of the "family" i had onced live with..it was a bittersweet smile. "I once made that mistake as well....and there is no need to apologize." I purred, tilting my head. "If your twolegs are ever out and you want someone to talk to, my clan is just a few minutes back into the woods. Know that you can always talk to me. But if you are to come to my clan, just know that not every cat is as welcoming as some. I must go now...i have to get back and talk to Sunnygaze." I mewed, and then turned to go, looking back once at Silverclaw with a hard gaze, and at Raven claw, this look saying: be nice to her...and make sure she gets off the territory before you come back. If she's not coming to camp.

Ravenclaw: he nodded at Amberstar. "I will see you later. Actually are you going to send a patrol later? I can go if you like?" He enjoyed hunting and wanted to help his clan.

"In a while i might send one out....and of course you can go." I purred, nodding once before padding off to begin my journey back to camp and to find Sunnygaze. I wanted to know how her...test...was going.

Ravenclaw: he bowed slightly "thank you" He turned back to Cookie "I am going to have to ask you leave" He grinned "and if you come back you'll hope I'm not in my way" he growled and turned around he walked a distance and behind some trees. He watched out of view to make sure she leaves.

I scan the large camp from my shaded spot in the grass. I lick my white jaws. I quietly await the return of Amberstar, hoping to ask to join a hunting patrol.

Sunnygaze let out a happy purr as Petalpaw approached. "Perfect!" she said, sniffing the goldenrod and checking the stalks to make sure the apprentice had done her job correctly. "Great job collecting them. Now let's wait for Batpaw."

Silverclaw | Warrior | Tagging, Amberstar, Ravenclaw, Cookie

Silverclaw followed Amberstar as she left the scene. He felt no regret for what he had done, and he didn't care if she was mad at him. If they'd attacked a kittypet, thing would've gone badly.

"Want me to just head back to camp?" he asked in a flat tone.

"It is not up to me whether or not you go back to camp, Silverclaw. And for your information, i already said this before, i was not going to attack. Really, i was doing what any cat would do and raise my defenses as we have no idea what Cookie is capable of." My voice held no tone of malice, irritation, sarcasm, nothing at all. It was calm and neutural, and as soon as i was finished speaking, i sped off, the urge to confide in my friend much stronger now. As was the wanting to know how the exam was going.
