Snowpaw bit her lip in concern hearing Bluefeather's reply. She moved aside to make room for Mildtail to get past before leaving the den completely. She caught a glimpse of Whitemuzzle's body and quickly looked away, continuing forward towards the apprentice's den with a quickened pace.

Sparrowclaw - Male - 25 moons - //panic! in the forest ft. Fogpelt and Oakwing
A blow to his head sent him crashing towards the ground with stars flashing across his eyes. Wincing, he got to his paws as the badger roared in pain, its dark eyes focused on him.

Rainstar - Female - 80 moons - //in camp
Rainstar raised her brow as Coalkit shot her a look that she couldn't quite place but the kit scampered off with Orchardkit before she had a chance to question it. 'Doesn't matter I suppose. What's important now is to make sure everyone's accounted for.' She scanned the camp and trailed around the edges, peering into dens as she walked past their entrances. 'Ravensong is missing. Marbleclaw, Sparrowclaw, Fogpelt, and Oakwing too. Fawnpaw, Cougarpaw, and Badgerpaw aren't here either. Fawnpaw could be out with Marbleclaw. Since Fawnstep got injured Fogpelt is probably tracking the badger down. Cougarpaw and Badgerpaw could be sparring tog-' "Hi Rainstar!" a young voice squealed and jolted her out of her mental checklist. "Hello Bearkit." Rainstar replied with a chuckle.

Bearkit - Male - 2 moons - with Spottedkit and Vinekit
Beartkit had leaped up as he saw leader's head lean into the nursery. "Whatcha doing? There's no bad things in here. Me an' Spottedkit an' Vinekit are protecting everyone!" He closed his eyes and puffed his chest out proudly, only to shortly re-open them a bit to view Rainstar's reaction. His proclamation earned him a smile from the leader. "I'm glad to hear it. Oh Spottedkit! Before I forget, you're due to be six moons quite soon correct?" Rainstar shifted her attention to the older kit and Bearkit sighed. 'Aw she's gonna be leaving sooner that I thought?!'

I look at Rainstar with my fur fluffed up. "Wait, does Spottedkit have to leave the den?" I look at the older kit. "I feel much safer when she's here."

"Oh, I-I guess, yeah." she said to her leader, and blinked. But when she heard Vinekit, she said "Don't worry, I'll visit you guys in the nursery all the time. And I'll keep an eye on this place like a hawk." Spottedkit smiled at the younger kit, trying to comfort him. She hasn't been there long and she already knew she was gonna miss being in the same den as the other two.

I look at Spottedkit for a moment. "Thanks," I say, trying to smile but failing. "But being an apprentice sounds scary. I'd rather stay as a kit forever."

"I suppose it can be a little scary, having to go out into the unknown. But you can make it less scary by playing games." she suggested. "And Bearkit and I'll protect you!" The spotted she-cat nudged her little black-pelted friend. "Won't we, Bearkit?"
