Carol stayed behind, watching Marilyn, Wolf and Rose leave. With a sigh, she ran after Rose. "Hey, you alright?" she asked.

"yeah i'm fine" she sighed "it's just even after years of spending time with luna, she still feels like i should bow to her, just because she is the daughter of zeus. then i lose my temper, and everyone who sees it never wants to talk to me again, because they are scared i will do the same thing to them. sometimes i am surprised that i stuck with her as long as i did, maybe it was because there was no-one else to go with."

"I kinda know what you mean," Carol sighed. "Growing up as the only friend of a child of Hades can be hard. Especially when she knows a little bit of magic and can raise the dead and make them obey her. She didn't ask for me to 'bow down to her' or anything. She was just kinda rude, blunt and hard to get along with at times. Also, she used to be kind of possessive. Marilyn's scared of losing me because I'm her only friend right now. She isn't possessive anymore but she's quick to judge people."

"well luna has always had to stand on her own feet, and now she has a reason to be proud she is just upset that no-one recognizes it, i guess." rose shrugged. "and i guess she shouted at me because i know what she has been through. but now we are at camp she is scared i'll go off and leave her."

Carol nodded. "Yeah, Marilyn is used to everyone being afraid of her," she replied. "She's not used to people trying to be nice and she's not used to being nice to lots of people."

Aaliyah smiled at how well he could shoot with the bow. "The design of it is me at to bend so it gets more force and makes it easier to aim for and hit the target. She told him and smiled again. "I-i mean your original bow wasn't in bad shape but I've used normal ones and I tweaked the design slightly." She said to him and pointed to the wooden park of the bow where it was more curved.
