How did this Zver obtain their items?:
Oh my. You must think I just crafted these like art. Or maybe it was a gift from a loved one. Dear me, you are very off. Allow me to tell you how to earn your right of passage. How to earn these trinkets.
My family loved having competitions. Back on Quartan 3, they were the ultimate competitors. Everyone in the family was forced to participate in the events, whether it be hunting, swimming, or even fighting.
As soon as I came of age, I was pushed into our private arena to battle some of the contenders that had taken the risk. My whole life had been built on fighting, but that didn't mean I could do damage. But I tried. With all my strength, I fought back against my foe. Dashing Claws and Flailing paws. The entire crowd even made a poem about my ritual fight.
"Hit back! Fight on! Take your place in line.
Do what your instincts tell you, you'll be fine.
No training needed, no test required, just your common sense.
Fight Onward, little Envy, do your best.
Like fire, burn your foe, with the most powerful of wounds.
Like ice, freeze his will, his eyes wide like moons.
Like water, move swiftly, and don't let up.
Fight on, little envy. Fight on, little pup."
So I did. With every battle that came, every challenge, I overcame. I was unstopable.
Apparently, my parents had neglected to tell me that anyone who could beat every member in the coliseum would become king of the area. Apparently, this was a community desisicion. I had beaten almost everyone. What did I have to lose?
The rules stated that you must beat the previous owner of the tribal trinkets in a fight. If you do, you will earn your place as king of the coliseum, and can control how the battles work, and everything in a 5 mile radius. I couldn't pass that up if I tried.
The doors opened. A big, burly Zver came stomping out, grunting as he came to a halt and stared down at me. I could see the look in his eyes- "This is who beat everyone?" He seemed to question. I bit my tongue and got in my place. I had the advantage of size- I could easily evade his attacks, and get in his weak spots.
With a loud roar, the battle began.
Slash. I ripped my claws across open air as I advanced foward. Seems the big Zver was faster than I thought. But I kept slashing. I didn't stop. He had no retalitatuon. He had no time to recover from my persistant attacks. My fast, small arms were pounding with adrenaline. The bigger Zver cringed and fell back, his whimpers growing louder everytime I hit an eye or an ear. But like a flash, he ran. I fell onto empty earth with a 'puff'. How did the big Zver get away? I looked around.
Suddenly he was there, tackling me with such a force I was pushed back into the wall. I groaned, but kept my ground as I recovered from impact. The wall seemed to be cracking. It moaned and seemed to give way just the slightest bit.
Another huge impact from the bigger Zver. This time, straight into the wall as the impact was at its fullest. Crumbles fell down onto my nose. Dust covered my fur. I need to get away.
He had no time to react. I was gone as soon as the thought crossed my mind, running circles around him until he turned away from the wall and looked at me. I smirked and charged. His startled face as I rushed him made me feel strong. And with the strong force I endured twice, I shoved him back into the wall.
It sounded like thunder. The walls came tumbling down on the one side, engulfing the big Zver in rocks. The earth shook. I was frightened. The big Sver gave one last battle cry, before he was completely covered in rocks. His tail twitched slightly, and was still. I had won. With a triumphant cry, I stood tall. I was no king of the coliseum.
So that, my friend, is how I got these little trinkets. Maybe you could win them from me. Someday.

|| I've officially left this site. To those who built me up, who encouraged me, who offered me company and roleplayed with me despite my rather juvenile behavior, and who joined me in OC competitions, I want to thank you! This site introduced me to things that would mold and impact my life forever, and would help me find my dream career and grow myself as a person. I may have moved on from CS, but I will never forget my roots, nor will I forget the sheer happiness this site brought and the amazing people I've had the incredible pleasure of meeting. Thank you all so much for helping me to get to where I am today. <3 ||
