"I do not see how that is relevant to knowing me, but if you insist upon knowing I will tell you now that I have lived for twenty-four years."

Right, and assuming you are in fact a wizard, what is your magic?
"I use two different types of magic, but one of those magics gives me access to a third magic that if far older. The first of my magics is a family magic passed down through the generations. This is the Paper Blizzard magic that I know and use more than anything. My second magic is one that is unique to me and a few others in the past. This is my Demon's Eye, an accursed power that chains me to this existence as a monster. It gives me access to Living Magic, a magic utilized solely for the creation of demons to attack my enemies. Not very powerful demons, but they are more than enough to wipe out low-class mages and give everyone but S-Class mages a run their money."

Paper Blizzard is a Magic that allows the user to create and control multicolored sheets of papers for various effects. The Magic mainly offers a wide range of offensive abilities, but it is also capable of defense, escape, and imprisonment. The user can also morph their body into paper as well. A skill they can utilize to increase maneuverability and avoid damage. The sheets of paper used in this Magic are small and square-shaped and change color depending on the spell that the user has chosen. Unlike regular paper, the sheets are durable in a sense that they don't burn and can withstand attacks. Each sheet of paper, depending on the color, is referred to as a "God". In addition, it has been stated that this Magic was specifically designed for assassination.

Demon's Eye is based on the use of one of the caster's eyes, which is usually covered by an eye patch. This Magic has to be "awakened" in order to activate its as-of-yet unknown effects. It is stated to be a way for the caster to reach The One Magic world with Zeref's awakening. This Magic can be deactivated by simply closing the eye using the Magic. The Demon's Eye further enhances the user's Magic Power, creating a dark aura around them which keeps gradually increasing in might. Through the activation of Demon's Eye, the caster is capable of using Living Magic: a form of Magic that brings life to creations and one of Zeref's infamous Black Arts.

Living Magic is a type of Magic that allows the user to bring life to their creations. They can create different creatures from inanimate objects. Occasionally, the user has to perform different techniques or preparations in order to cast this Magic's spell. Multiple creatures can be created simultaneously, and the caster can give their creations distinct appearances, personalities, and abilities. Some given abilities can be Magic itself. In most cases, the caster is able to control their creations, though sometimes, if the Magic is used too long, the situation reverses. Kai uses this magic to create demons from inanimate objects around him.

Interesting. So then, why are you at Oblivion Heart? Why join here?
"I'm a monster, so it is only right that I join a Dark Guild. After all, they are the only people that have accepted me since I awoke my Demon's Eye."

Ha, thought so. And then, what are you like? You know, your personality. C'mon.
"You should ask someone else about that? My behavior is something I merely project, but I cannot see it for myself."

The first thing anyone can tell about Kai is that he is a self-loathing individual who distances himself from others. He views himself as a monster, but finds it easy to trust those who refuse to believe he is a monster even when they see his full power. Due to his inability to fully mature as an individual, Kai still possesses a childish innocence. However, he can also be quite mature, but looks at the world through a pessimistic point of view. He is extremely loyal to the Master of Oblivion Heart and will do everything in his power to protect him from harm.

What kind of stuff are you into? You know: interest, likes, dislikes, the such?
"Nothing interests me anymore. I don't really like anything, but I dislike a great deal many things. For instance, I hate myself for being born with the cursed power of the Demon's Eye. I hate people who refuse to accept others for who they are. Most of all, I can't stand the demons I have created in the past. They should be eliminated before they have a chance to threaten others."

Anything we should know about ahead of time? Any weird habits or nothing?
"I guess you could say I have a habit of holding back during fights. I mostly do this because I can't stand having to use my full power."

Right... So, what's your life been like? You know, your past and such. You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, though.
"I don't like to talk about it, so I would rather you not ask."

Kai had an average childhood for the longest time. He had a loving family and never wanted more than what he had, but this all changed the day he awoke the power of his Demon's Eye. Rather than accept him for what he was born with, Kai's family shunned him and called him a monster that didn't deserve to live. This is something that even he has come to believe about himself.

I see. How about your family? What's up there?
"My family and I haven't talked for over seven years."

While he hasn't spoken to his father, mother, and three older sisters for a long while, it can be noted that Kai is the great-grandson of Kamika of the Garou Knights.

Alright. So, anything going on that we should know about? You know, like... oh, let's say... someone you fancy?
"Who would love a monster and how could a monster be expected to love? I don't have anyone I'm interested in and I don't think there's anyone who would be interested in me."

Haha, no need to get all flustered! Alright, that's enough torture. Just one last question... Where do you want your guild mark?
"I wasn't flustered and I already have a guild mark. It is jet black in color and can be found on my back between my shoulderblades."
