"Good, good. Diamondpaw, don't worry if your face feels funny-- I had to.. adjust a couple things, so your face may feel numb. Whitefire, your paw is broken and you'll probably have a huge scar there forever." Nightstar meowed.

Adjust, what did she mean? "Alright." Diamondpaw gives a quiet response, still frowning.

"Oh, and just ask if you need something-- it's best to keep you two immobile for now," Nightstar added.

Diamondpaws eyes narrowed. "But I want to help the clan!" She protests, although it felt weird to talk considering half of her face felt odd.

"Diamondpaw, if you want to help, you can lie still. If you try to get up, I'll tell Firepaw to guard you two, and to yell at you if you stand up." Nightstar said sternly, her gaze flickering over to the half of Diamondpaw's face bound in cobwebs, but shook her head to clear it and looked away.

"I don't want him guarding here. He's too loud and clumsy." Diamondpaw states, remaining laid down, though still not happy. She noticed Nightstars gaze waver, but thought nothing of it.

"And he'll draw attention to.." Nightstar murmured. "Fine then, I'll have Snowstorm guard you."

"Alright then." Diamondpaw huffs, she'd already given up trying to move her head, it felt so strange and weird to.
