Story: This darling has a slight hoarding problem, with food none the less! They were severely starved here due to being unable to catch any prey, presumably because of their terrible sense of balance and direction. We think there may be some previous brain trauma, but its hard to tell. Never the less, he needs a good home!

First touch
Me and my neras were waiting for the newbie. I saw the trailer. It looked like it was shaking. I head a blood curtailing whinnie. I was so happy when he came out of the trailer. He jumped out of the trailer and looked around and whinnied. I slowly walked to him and let him smell me. As he smelled me he raised his head super high and did what I call a death scream. His personality was so sour but then I saw a sweet spark In his eyes. So I knew I would call him skittle. I touched his head and he sparked and reared then he calmed down knowing I wouldn't hurt him. I touched him with a soft hand and he calmed down. I pulled my hand away slowly and he bit me. I led him to the stall and Fed the naras. I said goodnight and left. I came back later to check on him. I when to the pasture I saw a squirrel in his mouth then he dropped it. My mouth dropped with disbelief. I yelled skittle what are you doing. Once I saw that I knew he hates small animals. I got his halter and led him inside. He refused to go into the stall. For the night I put him in the round pin. I watched him for the night. Once I knew he was asleep I left. But a little bit after I left I woke up to the death scream. I threw on my shoes and ran to the stable. I saw skittles up and trying to jump the fence. I was so scared he was going to jump the fence so I blind folded him so he would follow me. I led him to his stall and fed him extra. I took the blind fold off and walked out. He walked in circles. I left and finally when to bed

First saddle
I ordered a green and blue saddle. I thought it would look so good with it on because of his colors. I woke up the next morning and took skittle out of the field. He didn't want me to take him out so he ran a little. I cornered him and finally caught him after an hour of trying. I led him to the stable. I put him in the wash stall. I brushed him off and tacked him up. He seemed to be curious of the saddle. He nipped at the stirrups. I led him out of the stable to the round pin. I let him loose. He just kept going in circles trying to nip at the saddle. I clicked with my tough and he trotted. He looked like a quarter horse long and heavy. His canter was slow and smooth. I didn't want to work him too hard so I let him do a few more laps then led him to the stable. I took skittle to the stable and untacked him. I put him in the field and let him loose. Later in the evening I came and led him to the round pin and let him run around to calm and tire him out. To made him gallop a little bit. When he finally looked pooped I took him to his stall. Today he went on willingly. I gave him some food and left him to eat it. Once again in the middle of the night I heard the death scream. I ran to the stable and saw I rat in his mouth. I said put that thing down. He dropped it. I went in the stall and grabbed it. On the way out he bit me. I knew it was only a love bite. I left and went to bed.

first ride
I woke up and fed everyone. Once skittle was finished with his food in the field since he is cluster phobic and led him to the wash stall and tacked him up. He bit me once I tightened the girth. I led him to the arena and got half on and he spooked and galloped away. I pulled myself on and said whoaaaaa. I set up a few low jumps to see how he would like it. I jumped one and he seemed to like it. So I raised it. It was up to a foot tall and he did it great. I thought that was good for today so I dismounted. As I hit the ground he galloped away. He kept going until I got him to the other end of the arena. I took him to the wash stall and I untacked him. I quickly hosed him off but he seemed to like the water so I kept going and put him in the pasture with some food. He never really eats. He hoards all his food. He gets a bit skinny until I give him a lot of fatty food. I saw a little fox in his field and as I let him loose. He looked it dead in the eye and then he galloped to the fox. It started to run but he was too fast. He reared up and hit it in the head to the point it was knocked it clean out. He bit it's neck. I said whoa skittle and he bit it again. He was so angry for no reason. I ran and got him. I also tried to get the fox to get up but I would give it time. I put skittle in another field and said goodnight and I love you boys.
