Larkstar was born many moons ago as Lark-kit, a spunky young tabby with a sister and brother. Her mother was Dawnstar, the strongest and wisest leader in Dawnclan history. Her father was the deputy, and she longed to become strong and powerful like her parents. As an apprentice she was hard-working. She and her siblings always tried to defeat each other in shows of skill, but their bond was firm. Her brother, Redpaw, was slaughtered by a fox. Her remaining sibling was so distraught that she ran away to become a loner. Larkpaw was left all alone. She formed a close relationship with Fallenpaw, another apprentice. When they were named warriors, Larksong and Fallenheart, she realized she loved him. The Great Battle struck, lasting for eight seasons. Duskclan and Dawnclan were at vicious war. Because all warriors were fighting, little prey was hunted. The Clans grew weak from famine and many cats died, including the deputy. Larksong was given the position, but she knew her mother was on her last life, and when Dawnstar was killed, Larksong and Fallenheart made a decision. The battle had to end. Together, they stopped the killing. Larksong became Leader, naming Fallenheart her Deputy without hesitation.

Larkstar and Fallenheart enjoyed many moons together, until corruption among her warriors led to the murder of innocent young cats. Larkstar lost a life defending her apprentice, and so lost the lives of the unborn kits inside of her. She and her mate never had a family of their own, but after the evil was removed from Dawnclan, many new kits were born. Now the clan flourishes, but Larkstar grows older.

Larkstar has a personality much like her late mother's. As a young she-cat, the leader was fiery and spirited. She had a quick temper but was still logical, and always defended the rights of herself and others. With age came wisdom, an even keel, and the sweet fair logic of one who has seen it all. She is very maternal and thinks of the clan as her children, siblings, and elders. There is nothing Larkstar would not sacrifice for the clan, especially as she nears her final life.

volekit was born in dawnclan with one sister, mousekit. when they were apprentices she left dawnclan to explore the harsher lands of duskclan. devastated by his sudden loneliness, volepaw threw all of his emotion into his training. he went from a happy, clumsy, young cat to a strong and quiet apprentice. his mentor, an ambitious tom named nightfrost, took advantage of this new strength and tried to use it to take over dawnclan. after much death and destruction, nightfrost was killed and volepaw earned his name as a loyal dawnclan warrior. he found himself a mate in his best friend crookedsong, and has lived happily in his clan ever since. volefoot is strong, fast, and very kind, though he isn't always the best at hunting.

Burnpaw was born with one brother, to a mother who never wanted kits in the first place. They were left alone in the autumn forest, found nearly dead by a white warrior named Stormcloud. Stormcloud was battle-worn and sick, his body weak from seasons of being deputy. He took the abandoned kits back to duskclan, where the queens nursed Burnkit and Ashkit back to health. Stormcloud's sickness consumed him, leaving the two with only a few broken memories of their savior. Burnkit felt out of place without parents, but Ashkit stood by her as her brother and friend. The queens raised them to be strong young apprentices. Burnpaw vowed to protect her clan with her life, as she owed it to them already.

Burnpaw is a fast fighter with stealthy paws and a knack for hunting. Her temper can be quick, but is always short-lived. She always makes sure to offer help, even if she would rather do something more entertaining. The striking she-cat is black with yellow eyes, an orange stripe on her nose, and a bright ginger tail-tip. She is thin but long-legged, the perfect build for a swift hunter. She is very close to her brother and can usually sense how he is feeling, though she isn't too clingy and allows him to have time to himself when he needs it.

to be brave, climbing the tallest trees in which she could never get down just to
prove her worth. She would always try and do something great to get the attention

has always wanted to be the best warrior, the most noble deputy, and the most honored
leader ever. Now as a warrior she is the best, but still cant escape her dark past (dark

Her life began as a rouge, in a dingy back alley with trash bags. Her mother Yellowfang
and father Lionheart are said to have killed each other in a fight about which
way the kit would grow up. In the end neither got to see there fiery kit grow to be one of the
fiercest fighters, and most skilled hunters. The only reason the clan cats even stumbled upon
the kit was because of its continuous meowing for warm shelter and milk. when they found the
bugged eyed kit, they took the scrawny pile of bones to the medicine cat right away. Everyone
doubted her and made remarks behind her back. The only time she was able to prove herself was
when a badger came along. Fighting it off single handed, with major wounds, her bravery and
courage showed her commitment to the clan. Soon after she was given the rank of warrior. Now
because of her skill and loyalty she is the new deputy, and rightfully so.
