Niche (pronounced "nich")
Name's Meaning:
In Ecology, a niche describes how a species uses the resources in it's environment, and also how it interacts with other organisms. It is essentially the role a species plays. For example, the niche of a Parrapup would include it's unique diet and habitat.

Personality:
Niche can be considered a Scorpio with the way he acts. He is already very standoffish towards others that are not his immediate family. He is very attached and protective to both his parents and sister. Niche tends to peck at anybody that gets too far into his personal bubble, save for his family. Because he is not very talkative, especially towards strangers, Niche tends to only sing when he is alone. This is usually when he wanders off, much to the disappointment of his parents, to try and find his favorite food or to just be alone for a while. Even if Niche likes to pretend he's not, he is still just a child and has his moments of whining when he doesn't get his way.
Niche is extremely fond of his tropical jungle home, and has already decided that he would never move away.

Niche has only heard it once, but he fell in love instantly with Welcome to the Jungle by Guns N' Roses. He sings it whenever he gets the chance.
